Greater than one weekExactly what I wanted to replace an older cheaper fire starter. This one is so easy to hold and use.

> 3 dayI have never used one of these before, but I found it to be very simple to get a big spark every time. Great for emergencies or camping.

Greater than one weekLove this, way better then flit and steel from 20 years ago. Sturdy, big, strong and works well. My 5 year old can start a fire with this...on the first few strikes.

> 3 dayThis works effortlessly. It’s easy to hold while using the striker. Sparks are hot and ignite my fat wood shavings on first strike. Have built several fires using this and found it to be an easy igniter for the different types of fuel, char cloth, fat wood, birds nest etc. well worth the purchase, never be without it.

> 3 dayThis is a great fire steel it throws out a lot of Sparks you dont have no problem in starting a fire. I like the size of it because if you have large hands its easier to hold onto. And if you need cordage you have a decent supply of paracord attached to it. Which I would like to see them come out with 1×6 inch. Which im planning buy several more great to always have back ups. Great for your bug out bag.
