I actually liked the fact that there was some weight to this. It felt like there was a bit more pressure on the floor so that the scrubbing really got to do its work. The brush design was great - I liked the soft brush with hard bristles integrated into it. Its a bit noisy but definitely great suction. Would have been helpful to have instructions on how to remove the handle to disassemble, but a quick YouTube search did the trick. Just remove the water bottle and insert a screwdriver into the little hole to press the release button and pull the handle off.

I have had three of these types of wet/dry vacs through years, this one is the best by far. The suction, steam and cleaning power is great. I generally stick with Bissell has I have had nothing but good experiences so far with their products. My husband actually uses it daily, as we have all tile in our home and he loves how quickly it dries and good it cleans.

The Crosswave Hydrosteam works great on our LVP flooring and cleans up all of the stuck on messes that our Roomba mop does not. It was easy to set up and to clean the parts after use.

I’ve only used it once and I’m already so in love with it. I have to admit I was skeptical of buying this product since its not cheap and is fairly new on the market so there’re still not many reviews out there but I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. It is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY! I have 3 very active and extremely high shedding Australian Shepherds. Our yard is not fenced so their main play areas are my living room, dinning room and kitchen. The amount of dirty or muddy paw-prints I get on my floors every single day is ridiculous. I don’t have clean floors for more than a day for sure. Until now my go to cleaning method was the O-Cedar mop but I literally had to mop the whole place & change my mop water over 4 times before I could get a dirty mop water that was even remotely close to been clean & it kills by back in the process. The fact that this Bissel keeps the dirty & clean water separately was life changing from just the first use. My dirty water tank looked absolutely disgusting after doing my living, dinning rooms and kitchen with the STEAM setting. I have not tried the hard floors setting yet but the STEAM removed all the muddy pawprints from my floor from just one pass. Now I’ll actually be more excited to clean cause its so easy. How does it do with dog hair? Well I have to admit I used the dog rubber broom before I used my vacuum-mop cause the mountains of dog hair i had were ridiculous but of course there was some remaining hair left and the bissel did pick it up. If it was to much it would get clogged but it is a supper easy fix. Just remove the dirty water tank and remove the hairs on the strainer & you are good to go. Going over super quick with the dog broom before using it still makes it a lot easier than using a regular vacuum and mopping 3-4 times. I had 0 issues with hair getting stuck on the brush. If you dont have high shedding dogs or are planning on daily use you can for sure skip that step. How long does the clean water last? I have a fairly large kitchen, dinning room and living room and I only had to fill the water tank twice. (Still better than changing mop water 4-5 times) The self cleaning setting and. Though heavy to use, this sweeper does the job! The cleaning(mopping) picks up the dirt, wet mops the area with steam and dries the area in one machine! I think that is a good investment!

I rarely write reviews, but we are a family with two cats and a toddler, all of whom always make messes. Our place is filled with hair and litter and uinfortunately it doesnt get into all the crevices. I know it says its not meant for pets, but it was better than expected. It cant bend 180 degrees and get completely under the couch and it was heavier than expected. That being said, it does basically do all of the things I want to do in one machine, vacuum, wet mop and steam. Self cleaning was good, but the after care maintenance can be a chore at some times (it seems as though this is common for this type of machine). Didnt have to change out the water when I did my apartment even though I did wet mop and steam, so that was also surprising. This came in handy when dealing with food spills or happy little accidents made by my baby or cat when I had to wet mop and sanitize. Overall, this is a nice upgrade from my current vacuum in terms of functionality.

Dont think about it just get it!!! Ive had the crosswave and decided to upgrade to steam - it made a huge difference - I have sealed hardwood floors and theyve never been cleaner!!! I have pet hair and am a sloppy cook and this completely eliminated having to vacuum first- the steam is awesome!

I got the liquids mentioned in the ad but no extra brush and received one extra filter where the photo has 2. Cant wait to try it. Will post new review after experience.

We had just cleaned our floors and the HydroSteam water was brown after each pass. My girlfriend said it was so fun she cleaned the whole house. We much prefer the HydroSteam to mopping.
