> 3 dayAfter using this multi-purpose vac for a month heres my honest review. Pros- The vacuum part works great. It does seem to suck up every dog hair and piece of dirt. After using the dirty tank does always have really gross water & crud. So it does seem like its picking up a lot of goop. Cons- The mopping part isnt great. I just dont feel like it cleans the floors as well a standard mop or steam mop does. It also often leaves streaks and you really have to go slow to get the floors clean. I also hate that it forces you to buy their solution which isnt cheap. I had to buy additional brush rollers because you really cant use one brush for the whole house. You also have to wash brush after each use. Along with washing the brushes you have to wash out the dirty tank every use. Its also not the easiest to carry from room to room. It is very loud which doesnt bother me but I could see that being an issue if you have small kids & want to clean while theyre napping. All in all I just dont feel like this vacuum is worth the hefty price. I dont feel like it saves me any time or is any easier than using my standard vacuum to pick up the dirt and then mopping the floors with a good mop & cleaner of your choice. Also hate that now I have to buy not only the recommended cleaner but the cleaner you have to use to clean the brush rollers.

Greater than one weekAssembly was easy and use was even easier. Cleaned my wood floors as expected. I have dogs and have had issues in the past will too much cleaner on the floor leaving the floor sticky. This is the first time in many months that I didnt have to go over the area with a damp mop.

> 3 dayBetween a toddler and dog, this is just what I was looking for to clean up stubborn messes. Our hardwood floors have never looked cleaner and has become a staple in our cleaning closet. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayWe’ve had many bissell products and this is the best product yet. We have two big dogs and tile floor throughout the house. This crosswave is very easy to use and gets the job done. I love the self cleaning mode and the soap makes our house smell so clean. We used the steam mode throughout the house and our floors look brand new. I’d recommend this product to anyone!

Greater than one weekI’ve only used it once and I’m already so in love with it. I have to admit I was skeptical of buying this product since its not cheap and is fairly new on the market so there’re still not many reviews out there but I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. It is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY! I have 3 very active and extremely high shedding Australian Shepherds. Our yard is not fenced so their main play areas are my living room, dinning room and kitchen. The amount of dirty or muddy paw-prints I get on my floors every single day is ridiculous. I don’t have clean floors for more than a day for sure. Until now my go to cleaning method was the O-Cedar mop but I literally had to mop the whole place & change my mop water over 4 times before I could get a dirty mop water that was even remotely close to been clean & it kills by back in the process. The fact that this Bissel keeps the dirty & clean water separately was life changing from just the first use. My dirty water tank looked absolutely disgusting after doing my living, dinning rooms and kitchen with the STEAM setting. I have not tried the hard floors setting yet but the STEAM removed all the muddy pawprints from my floor from just one pass. Now I’ll actually be more excited to clean cause its so easy. How does it do with dog hair? Well I have to admit I used the dog rubber broom before I used my vacuum-mop cause the mountains of dog hair i had were ridiculous but of course there was some remaining hair left and the bissel did pick it up. If it was to much it would get clogged but it is a supper easy fix. Just remove the dirty water tank and remove the hairs on the strainer & you are good to go. Going over super quick with the dog broom before using it still makes it a lot easier than using a regular vacuum and mopping 3-4 times. I had 0 issues with hair getting stuck on the brush. If you dont have high shedding dogs or are planning on daily use you can for sure skip that step. How long does the clean water last? I have a fairly large kitchen, dinning room and living room and I only had to fill the water tank twice. (Still better than changing mop water 4-5 times) The self cleaning setting and. Instructions are supper easy to use. Please like my review if it was helpful. Thanks!

> 3 dayCleans the floor pretty good and is good for my house with LVP everywhere, i do have to go over some spots a few times. Cleaning the machine is decent but careful when dumping the tank, theres loose pieces in it and theyll fall out if you dont take them out. overall i like it a lot and has a lot of good features and makes cleaning LVP floors pretty easy.

Greater than one weekWe have two large dogs and it is always a challenge to keep the hard wood floors clean and reasonably sanitized with the many trips they make coming in and out from the backyard. Love the sanitize feature especially for that reason. Floors never looked so good.

Greater than one weekI love the Self Cleaning on this machine!! My previous Crosswave was amazing and worked so well on my hard floors - I saw this updated model and decided to give my original to my daughters and take the new one and I’M SO GLAD I DID! This model has steam cleaning mode as well as a clean cycle which cleans the roller brush (which we all know is the most disgusting part). Mine came with two small bottles of cleaner/sanitizer and a small bottle of clean cycle solution. For cleaning, you empty and clean out the dirty water tank then reattach. Fill the clean water reservoir with hot water to the mark, the pour a small amount of the cleaning solution into the storage tray. Set the machine in place and press the clean cycle button. The initial sound worried me, but then it kicks in and cleans the brush. Once finished you open the top, remove the brush, and set it into its slot to dry. I’m a little concerned what that cleaning will cost over time when I have to purchase the cleaner, but not touching the nasty brush is a plus. Everything else works mostly like my last machine. It vacuums up most dirt (with a struggle on anything larger like many machines these days), but mopping at the same time is so convenient when you’re busy!! The light is bright and helpful, though the light stays on when the machine is plugged in-not just when it’s on. That’s a little annoying for me, but certainly not an issue. Huge fan of this machine!!

> 3 dayDog lives full time in the house. Can mop and sweep prior to using and the bissell still picks up hair and dirt left behind. Easy to use and the steam function gets hard to remove spots up with ease. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
