> 3 dayThis thing is amazing! Vacuum and wash the floors at the same time is genius. The self cleaning cycle you can do at the end is great for keeping the roller brush and machine clean. I was amazed at what it picked up!

> 3 dayCleans good for the most part. *6.5/10 The cleaning afterwards part I did not like. Looks simple on user manual but if you dont have a utility sink its difficult to clean out the dirty container . Im not about to put the dirty water and debris down my kitchen sink... had dump out down toilet and rinse out in my bathroom sink and letsjust say it did not go well. And cleaning all the nooks&cranies afterward with toothbrush is a litte Tedious.*2/10 Also there was an issue with the self cleaning mode and customer service handling the situation. The first time spent about 1.5 hrs on chat going in circles with rep being super snarky. Then got disconnected but then other rep was helpful but was on the chat for another 1.5 hrs.. *3/10 ..For $300+ idk if it was worth it.

> 3 dayI will preface by saying longevity is my real concern with all vacuums. I had previously owned a steam mop from this brand that broke within 6 months, so if this doesnt hold up long term I will update this review. Overall after testing this a few times, I like this for a deeper cleaning. Once a week or an unexpected mess. I have three cats and no kids, so your needs may vary. I sweep and spray mop pretty much every morning, but my main concern is dust and cat hair which is not the really the best use of this thing. The good-- it definitely picks up some grime my usual daily cleaning leaves behind. Its pretty easy to use, though a bit heavier than my stick vacuum I use everyday. It says it is good for sticky messes and I find that to be true. My whole house is old hardwood, tile, and area rugs. It works well on all these surfaces. I used the steam function on the hardwood to see how it would do, I use Weiman floor polish every month and I was happy to see that the steam function didnt dull that shine. The light on the front is a nice feature, and the machine is pretty quiet compared to other vacuums as well. The cons-- I dont love the proprietary cleaners, they arent cheap and it uses quite a bit. The little sample bottle of cleaning solution they sent only lasted about two cleanings for me. They are fine solutions and smell fresh, I just dont like being limited to these cleaners. They make the self-cleaning feature sound easy but its pretty time consuming to clean this thing as instructed. Its the main thing that keeps me from using this on a daily basis. You have to empty the dirty water, fill the tank with water and use another proprietary cleaner for the cycle, then you run the cycle, empty the dirty water tank again, rinse that, take out the brush roll, take out the filter and wash that, wipe out the cleaning tray, then let it all dry for 24 hours. It says to do all this every single time you use it, its kind of a pain. Cleaning out the dirty water tank is pretty gross, it has a strainer for solids so you dont have to dump all the hair down your drains but its kind of nasty. Pre-vacuuming kind of defeats the purpose of this but emptying a container of dry cat hair is a lot less nasty than a tank of wet hair. The last little annoyance, it doesnt fit in corners or under the edge of counters well. Other than that it does work as it says and I do like it. As long as it holds up better than my last Bissel Ill be happy. I think it would be a very useful thing for someone with messy kids or dogs that create a lot of wet or sticky situations.

> 3 dayI rarely write reviews, but we are a family with two cats and a toddler, all of whom always make messes. Our place is filled with hair and litter and uinfortunately it doesnt get into all the crevices. I know it says its not meant for pets, but it was better than expected. It cant bend 180 degrees and get completely under the couch and it was heavier than expected. That being said, it does basically do all of the things I want to do in one machine, vacuum, wet mop and steam. Self cleaning was good, but the after care maintenance can be a chore at some times (it seems as though this is common for this type of machine). Didnt have to change out the water when I did my apartment even though I did wet mop and steam, so that was also surprising. This came in handy when dealing with food spills or happy little accidents made by my baby or cat when I had to wet mop and sanitize. Overall, this is a nice upgrade from my current vacuum in terms of functionality.

> 3 dayThis is easy to use and works great. My only issue with it is that it will not clean directly to the baseboard. It leaves about an inch uncleaned.

Greater than one weekBetween a toddler and dog, this is just what I was looking for to clean up stubborn messes. Our hardwood floors have never looked cleaner and has become a staple in our cleaning closet. Highly recommend!

> 3 daySo excited about this product! I have three small children who spill snacks all over and this is the only vacuum that gets everything up! I also have two cats and a dog who leaves prints everywhere! My house looks like I don’t have any animals living in it at all which is much appreciated! I can’t live without it!

Greater than one weekUnlike similar floor cleaners, this cleaner has a steam feature. It shoots out a great amount of steam, scrubs the floor, and sucks up the water thoroughly. Of course it vacuums as well. But, I’m a bit old fashioned and pre-vacuum my floor first. The other advantage of the steam feature is there are no streaks. FYI, I put a small amount of Murphy’s oil soap in the clean water reservoir (this might void my warranty).
