> 3 dayWe’ve had many bissell products and this is the best product yet. We have two big dogs and tile floor throughout the house. This crosswave is very easy to use and gets the job done. I love the self cleaning mode and the soap makes our house smell so clean. We used the steam mode throughout the house and our floors look brand new. I’d recommend this product to anyone!

> 3 dayWe have two large dogs and it is always a challenge to keep the hard wood floors clean and reasonably sanitized with the many trips they make coming in and out from the backyard. Love the sanitize feature especially for that reason. Floors never looked so good.

> 3 dayI was skeptical about this product mainly because of the price and having never used a Bissell product in the past, however the difference between mopping and using the crosswave was night and day, lifting up dirt I couldn’t even see in my tile floor. Only feedback is that it does go through a generous amount of cleaning solution, which is not cheap, but a small price to pay for the level of clean you get.

> 3 dayThough heavy to use, this sweeper does the job! The cleaning(mopping) picks up the dirt, wet mops the area with steam and dries the area in one machine! I think that is a good investment!

> 3 dayWe already had the Bissell pet pro crosswave, which is a solid machine. We run it a few times a week on our LVP flooring, and it leaves the floor noticeably cleaner. I did notice that on some sticky spots, I’d have to let the brush sit on it and work at it for 20-30 seconds to get it up. So, I figured I’d upgrade to this and use the steam function, and it definitely works. Just a simple pass or two over something sticky and the floor is good as new. I also really like the self cleaning setting way more than the manual water dumping in the pet pro version. All in, I’d say this is worth the spend if you have pets and kids.

> 3 dayCleans good for the most part. *6.5/10 The cleaning afterwards part I did not like. Looks simple on user manual but if you dont have a utility sink its difficult to clean out the dirty container . Im not about to put the dirty water and debris down my kitchen sink... had dump out down toilet and rinse out in my bathroom sink and letsjust say it did not go well. And cleaning all the nooks&cranies afterward with toothbrush is a litte Tedious.*2/10 Also there was an issue with the self cleaning mode and customer service handling the situation. The first time spent about 1.5 hrs on chat going in circles with rep being super snarky. Then got disconnected but then other rep was helpful but was on the chat for another 1.5 hrs.. *3/10 ..For $300+ idk if it was worth it.

> 3 daySo excited about this product! I have three small children who spill snacks all over and this is the only vacuum that gets everything up! I also have two cats and a dog who leaves prints everywhere! My house looks like I don’t have any animals living in it at all which is much appreciated! I can’t live without it!

> 3 dayI have a regular mop, a steam mop, swifters and a number of different tools to clean my floors. I have 3 very large dogs and kids and the kids friends. We have a semi grassy back yard due to the dogs and we also have a pool. So between the kids and the kids friends, the pool water and the dogs my light colored barn wood (vinyl) floors look pretty filthy. You get tired is mopping and steam mopping only to have them look like you didn’t touch them 24 hours later. I ran across on an ad on social media and I was like hmmm….kinda skeptical it could clean that good. So I ordered it with the thought if it doesn’t work, it’s a pain to clean or it’s way hyped I’ll send it back. It’s not a cheap thing but if it saves my sanity it will be worth every dime. So it came the other day. Just happened to be raining. Put two and two together dogs + rain = lots of muddy paw prints. Even when I can catch them all and wipe paws there is still enough wet on this big paws to create muddy paw prints. We sat down and unboxed the unit. Assembled it- really super easy. Not much to assemble. Now here’s the tricky part…..READ THE DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT!! I know tough stuff. It’s pretty simple. So my daughter insists to use it first because all to often it winds up being one of her chores. And let’s face it any teenager is looking for a way to cut down chore time and get it done good so mom doesn’t make her do it again. 20 minutes later she is done. And I was like…..no way. We have a very large kitchen and dining area. This usually takes a good hour. I walk in to see my floors like clean. I mean really clean. No puddled water, no smears of dirty water. Just fresh smelling clean, I mean actually clean floors. Oh it also does area rugs as well. So for me it does a great job -‘d is a huge time saver. Win-win!! Bissell knocked it out of the park on this one.

> 3 dayI absolutely love it. Completely amazing! I had a party and kids made a huge mess on my hardwood floor in one of the bedrooms that I didnt see until the end of the night. There were cupcakes smashed and stomped throughout the entire room floor, when I say it was a MESS its an under statement. All I needed was my Bissell! It took me 8 minutes to have the room floor Completely spotless.

> 3 dayI really wanted to like this dry/wet/steam vacuum. It worked great at first but then the suction stops working so well. I dumped the dirty water and would start again and even with very little water in the dirty water tank it wouldnt pick up water very well. I had to continually go over and over it. That is the main reason Ive sent it back. The second reason is that it doesnt do a great job on tile. If it had a different type of brush maybe it would clean better. The brush is too soft to get up dirt that is down in the tile and grout. This is the second wet/dry/steam vacuum Ive tested. Neither performed well on very dirty tile. They both had the same problem with the brush being too soft to really scrub the tile clean. The first product controlled the water and steam that was dispersed based on how dirty the floor was so I was hopeful with this the steam would be constant and would clean the floor. This one only put out a minimal amount of steam. The same as the other machine at its lowest detection setting. If you have wood floors I wouldnt recommend this due to its suction power being inconsistent.
