At least I hope thats what it was. Right out of the box mine did not produce any steam at all.. it didnt even get warm. Without the steam its still clean my floor pretty well, but I am returning it.

I will admit that a do-it all type of appliance had me skeptical at first, but all of that skepticism quickly went away after the first time I used the CrossWave. Not only did it tackle every surface in my house with ease, it also drastically cut down cleaning time since I wasnt switching between a mop to a vacuum to a steam mop for hard to clean spills. Not to mention that the build quality is superb in a way that Im confident this will last a long time. If youre like me, take this as a sign to stop reading countless reviews of similar models/brands - just buy the CrossWave and be done with fumbling with multiple cleaning appliances.

I had a Hoover Floormate for which I loved for 14 years and it just gave up. They don’t make that type of model anymore. After reading lots of reviews I decided on this Bissell. It works beautifully on your hard floors. It’s not a heavy machine and it gets in corners and along edges. Love this floor cleaner.

I’ve never been disciplined enough to change out mop water or swiffer pads in the middle of a floor cleaning, so my floors have always ended up streaky or cloudy. Finally, with this machine, I can achieve shiny floors throughout my entire house! I love that it works on rugs, too, especially as it’s warming up outside and my kids and dog are tracking more dirt into the house on the daily. Great product!

So excited about this product! I have three small children who spill snacks all over and this is the only vacuum that gets everything up! I also have two cats and a dog who leaves prints everywhere! My house looks like I don’t have any animals living in it at all which is much appreciated! I can’t live without it!

Nothing gets my floors cleaner. I was hesitant to buy this because so many reviews talked about a smell or that it stopped working. You have to clean it after every use, it’s worth it, but takes about 10 minutes to properly complete. That will keep it working and prevent the smells they talk about. You have to buy the cleaning products and I buy the brush cleaner for the cleaning cycle but if you understand this up front, there are no surprises. It’s a fantastic deep cleaning tool that’s as easy as vacuuming. The first few times I cleaned what I thought were clean floors, the water was almost black. I don’t know how anyone has kids or a dog without it!

This thing is amazing! Vacuum and wash the floors at the same time is genius. The self cleaning cycle you can do at the end is great for keeping the roller brush and machine clean. I was amazed at what it picked up!

We had just cleaned our floors and the HydroSteam water was brown after each pass. My girlfriend said it was so fun she cleaned the whole house. We much prefer the HydroSteam to mopping.
