> 24 hourI like that it was EASY to put together, and EASY to use. The weight is in the handle, since that is where the water is and all the mechanics...the problem is that you cannot put pressure in the long metal hose. That being said, you are lightly cleaning or moping up on the floor. If you want to put pressure in scrubbing the, you may still need to mop. I gave it four stars for weight. It may be too heavy for the old. and long periods of cleaning. It is great for sanitizing, but I would say it is not better than pressure cleaning from the good old hands and arms if you still have it in you to give a good scrub.

> 24 hourFirst, the trigger is a pain it needs a trigger lock. It does streak hardwood floors a little, but it could be I have to get use to using it. The grout cleaner sucks, but I was using it at the end of the extension. I will try it directly on the unit itself and let you know. It does clean the floors as the pad did get a little dirty. I tried it on a tough job, the garage floor which is epoxy. It did fair. So I will keep it but wished it was a little better.

> 24 hourLove it!! But holding the button down to use it non stop is RIDICULOUS!!!!! I dont have arthritis (diagnosed) or carper tunnel (diagnosed) but I can not go more than 4 minutes without my hands, arms and wrists cramping to the point I have to stop because of how much pain I am in from holding down the button consistently just to mop my kitchen!!!!! COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! The fact they couldnt make it a one touch like pretty much every other machine was very disappointing and frustrating. Back to looking for a new machine and sending this one back. I really thought this machine was the one and it would have been minus the button issue....

> 24 hourWhen I had my grubby living room carpet replaced with tile I looked into ways to keep it (and my existing dining room /kitchen floor) clean. Must suggestions pointed to a steam mop. There are lots and lots of choices out there. I settled on this Bissel unit because it came with lots of tools (e.g., for grout, and countertops) and options. You can clean lots of surfaces with it . . . just not paint, please! It comes with a mount that lets you hang the mop and accessories on a wall. A little velcro straps lets you neatly coil the very long AC power cord. The terrycloth like mop heads get grubby quickly. I ordered the unit along with a set of OEM cloth mop heads. This lets you do a big job without having to pause to wash the mop heads. My one caveat: The unit seems fragile. The water tank is clear plastic; dropping the mop could easily shatter it.

> 24 hourWhile the device seems to do the job in most cases, it is exhausting to use. One must hold down a button for continual use. The cord is annoying to work with. Even storing it is up to the user. No hooks, etc. Overall, there must be a better version that it is less work.

> 24 hourIt works but I feel like the steam could be better, also makes a clicking sound every single time and sometimes I have to pause cleaning to wait for steam to build up. I shouldve gotten another shark

> 24 hourThis is a great steam mop for my hardwood and tile floors. Its the best solution Ive found for cleaning thoroughly and quickly. I find the steam mop with handle and the most beneficial and easy to use. I have found that having a new cleaning pad for every room or two leaves the floors cleaner and shiner looking. The handheld steamer is a bit heavy and sometimes awkward to use with the smaller attachments. It has to be held a certain way for the steam to work, or course. So those tight areas can be difficult to reach. Ive cleaned my showers successfully with the smaller pad attachments. The other attachments Ive not found a great use for them yet. Some reviewers disliked the long cord. I thought the long cord was great, especially since Im using it mostly has as steam mop. All in all, Im very satisfied!

> 24 hourVery good user manual with text as well as diagrams. I received it Sunday and operated it almost immediately after assembling unit both as floor mop and handheld steamer to clean dirty floor tile grout. Although this steamer did return the original appearance of our grout, it was slow. I calculated it would require 10 plus hours to steam our kitchen floor grout. I switched to cleaning grout with a tile clearer solution and grout brush and following up with the steamer. (I also used my small shop vac to vacuum the dirty water). I like that the small tools fit into a holder which should help me not to misplace them. I would like to see a short tube for the hand held unit and a swivel head for the small pad. They could be offered at additional cost.
