> 3 dayI bought this after seeing a YouTuber using it. Its great! I have 4 cats and I was always annoyed about crumbled litter on the floor. After running Roomba, do a deep clean with it. Sticky on the floor are also removed perfect without chemical. It would have been nice if this was cordless.

18-11-2024I own multiple pets and my house stays a little dirty and smelly. There, I said it. I bought this and had instant feedback that the house smelled different(better) and I realized I could walk on the floor without having grim on my feet. While it is easy to use, the ONLY thing I hate is that the trigger button for steaming does not lock in the working position. (No continuous option) Having to hold the trigger for cleaning floors can get tiresome as far as first world problems go. It there was one design change, it would be this. Otherwise I love the following: - Cleans really, really well - Simple design - Storage design is nice - Lightweight - When you need to rest it against the wall, it actually stays there in place in an upright position. Doesnt fall over like a mop or broom. - You will be amazed at how nasty your floors were before (and other things you steam)

> 3 dayIve been wanting a steam cleaner for weeks now, and after I finally settled on this model (following loads of scouring the web), I was so excited when it arrived earlier this week! I mainly wanted it to make life easier when cleaning the shower/bathtub, so thats the first thing I tried it on. Set-up was a breeze; I found the unit very easy to fill, and it is also very easy to switch out the attachments (but maybe too easy, as I accidentally twisted one of them off during use in trying to get the right angle). As I began work on the shower, I did appreciate how easily it loosened up the grime but quickly saw the drawbacks to this product as well. #1, the pad gets too wet too quickly, especially when youre using the higher steam setting. #2, the unit shows its weight when youre cleaning vertical surfaces. #3, the attachments cant pivot, and in combination with the size of the unit, I wasnt able to get all the way to the bottom of my shower door before it hit the floor. I would have had to turn the unit upside down, which Im assuming isnt a great idea. #4, the level of steam was fairly inconsistent. All in all, I would say mission accomplished in that I didnt have to put in as much elbow grease to get my shower clean, but the process actually seemed to take longer because the brush attachments are so small. Where the unit did well was in the cracks and crevasses, for which I used the grout attachment. It was able to get rid of dirt that Id never be able to touch by hand. I have yet to tackle a floor surface, but thus far, Id say jurys still out on whether its worth the $130 investment. Final verdict: The first run this Bissell had here was also its last. The drawbacks I outlined initially were too much for me to look past, especially the steam being inconsistent. I returned the item for a refund.

> 3 dayWow!! I purchased this because of the good reviews and I am not disappointed. I have used the grout tool as well as the standard floor attachment. The various attachments are SO. Easy. To attach and most of them can be stored right on the device itself in an attachment trey thing. Really loving this so far! It would be even more awesome if we could use essential oils as well but I am not sure if the plastic is rated for oils. It’s self explanatory, easy to use. I love that it comes with a wall mount to store it. Only holds 2 cups of water at a time so prepare to refill frequently. It’s worth it.

15-11-2024My days of scrubbing the floor on my hands and knees are over, but I always felt standing did not do as good of a job. This little machine puts that to rest. I love it. It does a great job on my floors, get up dried dog slobber and cleaned in between the tiles of my floor extremely well. Some reviewers felt that it was hard to hold the switch down while cleaning. That was not a problem for me and I have a bit of hand arthritis. I do wish the handle were a bit longer, though. I am 5’6” and have to bend to use the scrubber. That becomes not too bad when I consider all the toxic cleaning solution fumes I am not breathing while using this.

> 3 dayI replaced the smaller less expensive bissel mop with this one. They arent kidding about using distilled water. The small one one worked for quite awhile and did an OK job, so when it croaked I replaced it with this one. It works OK too, but not better than the cheaper version and you are buying attachments that you might not need. The worst part is how tired your hand gets from keeping the trigger depressed. The smaller one has an on and off button, is lighter and does just as good a job.

Greater than one weekI have quite a bit of tile to clean. This machine makes that easy! Quite an improvement over a former machine that was so heavy and cumbersome. Would give Bissell higher rating but havent had it long enough to see if it stands up to long use.

> 3 dayLove how light it is and easy to store with the included holder. My main complaint is the trigger for the steam has no lock so you have to squeeze the whole time. With arthritic hands its hard. I thought it would go under my furniture so I dont have to move it. Not so the angle of the mop and the shape of the mechanism doesnt allow it to go fully under the furniture.
