It mops. Great quality, mine has been in regular use for years.

This product was great to clean the dirt build up on the grout.

Its not a bad steam cleaner, but it has a few flaws that should have been addressed before it ever went to market. Pros: * It steams * The length extension is helpful * Comes with plenty of additional nozzles. In general it does what it says, it creates steam. Cons: * The trigger. You have to really press that sucker in to keep the steam going, you let off even a tiny bit and it cuts off. This should have been a rocker switch or it needed way more deadzone. If you have arthritis, this is going to be a problem. * The handle is heavy. This makes sense, its where everything is. This is only a problem because of the trigger tho. Youre squeezing that sucker so hard and holding that thing up, it tires out your hand. * Nothing to wrap the cord around. They give you a little velcro to hold it, but its annoying after the first few times you use it. Would have been nice to have some hooks on the pole at least to wrap it.

Pros: Easy to use, lots of options when it comes to the brushes you use when doing handheld cleaning, heats up quickly before use, measuring cup for water. Cons: 1) Makes constant knocking noise when holding trigger to release steam (instructions says this is normal and will go away but it made the noise the entire time I used it). I had to hold the trigger down the entire time in order for steam to continuously be released. Not sure if this was by design, but it became very uncomfortable not long into the cleaning process. 2) Brushes that attach to the handheld version of this steamer are very stiff. Ideally, id like the brushes to be a bit more loose in order to brush surfaces without feeling like I am scraping them. 3) Mop does not stand up on its own. Most mops of this nature are able to stand in place but this one is top heavy due to the steamer being located at the top of the mop. 4) Handle portion of the mop can become very hot directly underneath button you press to release steam.

This product did what I wanted. It transformed my living room floor into the one I saw when I first moved in. Its great.

Our tile floors became filthy over time. After we scrubbed a small area clean with a brush we called to have a professional come out, It would have been will over $500 to just clean. Thats when we tried the Bissell . It did a great job, but sure glad we ordered extra pads. We are both tall so if there was anything wed like to improve it, that would be a longer handle even though the one it has is ok. While we are retired, found this easy to use. Would buy again in an instant.
