BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus, 3588F, Upright Deep Cleaner

This is s great machine. Glad i purchased it.

This is our second one. After only two uses, the cleaner stops spraying cleaning solution/water. This happened on both units. One was within the 30 day return for Amazon and was sent back. The second, replacement unit, was not used right away. By the time we used it, it was just over the Amazon return time. Working with Bissell customer support was nothing short of a nightmare. I finally gave up after being transferred to a third person/department. Still have a cleaner that will not spray cleaning solutions. No help from Bissell. If I could give zero stars I would.

My only complaint is the float in the collection tank cuts off the use a few inches prior to the fill line. It’s been 3 years since we moved in and all rugs look new again. Better results then Stanley Steemer, who are used when we first bought the house.

Listen. My husband and I are both 26 years old, and the fact that I am writing a customer review for a cleaning product makes me want to kiss my youth goodbye. But this carpet cleaner was SO WORTH IT. There were stains in my carpet that have been there since we potty trained our puppy 3 years ago that were gone in 2 swipes of this thing. The color of the water I was dumping out of the tank was both satisfying and horrifying. If I had any complaints its that sometimes the tank fills up really quickly because of the bubbles and I have to stop to empty it more than I would like to. But thats it. Definitely works and would recommend to anyone with plenty of pet related stains!

I don’t often make big purchases like this. I’m still new to adulting and gathering essentials when I can. It was time to get a steam cleaner to take care of my carpets. This one I noticed was popular and I wanted something that will last me forever. So I talked myself into the investment. My mom has a vacuum and steam cleaner she’s used my whole life, and that was my goal for this one. I have a shedding cat, and I get some annoying allergies if I don’t get all her sheddings cleaned up, so that was another reason I looked into this one. I got the steam cleaner delivered fast. It was quick and easy to set up. My first problem occurred when I attached the hose you use the little attachment. It was clicked in and everything, the spray worked, but the brushes on the machine itself kept spinning even though I was using the attachment. I didn’t notice that at first. The brush didn’t have the best suction so I looked back at the machine and that’s when I noticed the brushes were spinning in place. It smelt like the belt was burning up and when I turned it off, my carpet was hot from it spinning in place. I rent my place so my stress levels were high realizing I could’ve caused some damage. I did research, watched many videos, and saw that no one else’s brushes were spinning when using the attachment. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, so I started over. I made sure the machine was latched upright and that the hose was clicked all the way in, and once again my brushes continued to spin. I gave up on the attachment and just used the machine to steam clean. It is SOOOOO loud, so loud lol. I have a dumb fear of machines and housing appliances, I always feel like they’re going to explode, probably got it from the internet not gonna lie. But the loudness of this machine has me on edge the whole time lol. I don’t even remember my moms old carpet cleaner being this loud. Well anyway. I reached out to Bissel support to get help with my hose attachment issue since this was a big investment for me. I did the live chat, it took forever in between replies, but if I wanted fast replies I could’ve called so I’m not complaining. At first the support person kept sending me a trouble shoot for if my brushes WEREN’T spinning but my problem was that they WERE spinning when using the attachment. They later sent that I’ll have to take it to a shop. I sent my location and they shared where I’ll need to go to get it fixed. The shop is a few hours away… I have toddler twins and we’re constantly busy. I’m 20 minutes from three big cities, how there’s not a shop in one of them I don’t know. I just feel defeated that I got a brand new cleaner I was hesitant to buy and have to take it to a shop right after unboxing it. Not a wonderful experience. I won’t be taking it to the shop and just won’t use the attachments.

The first time using this product I read and followed all the instructions. At first, it wouldn’t spray water out (even though I held down the trigger for 10 seconds like the instructions said). I finally got it to spray and the machine worked as expected for about 10 passes. Then it wouldn’t spray or suction. At one point as I tried to trouble-shoot the problem, I took out the dirty water tank and it spilled all over the portion of the floor I had just cleaned (it was in an upright position when it “spilled”). Now I can’t even clean/suction up the dirty water tank mess because the machine isn’t cleaning or suctioning. Very frustrating! I have owned and used several Bissel carpet cleaners and they always break down sooner or later; I did expect this would work for a year or two, at least.

Did a lot of research before picking this machine and I couldnt be happier with it. Does a great job, easy to use, easy to clean after using and got rid of every carpet stain. Love it!

This is amazing! Cleaned super good! The only part I do not like is the full line for the dirty water tank other than that is a must have

Put together in a couple of minutes, works great, easy to use. well made and I am so glad I purchased this cleaner. I cleaned 1 bedroom, living room, hallway and it takes several hours to dry but made my carpet feel and look like new.

Amazing ability to pull water and stains out of carpet. Worth the price — but do be careful with fragile pile as the brush is very strong as well.
