It doesn’t pick up dog fur as well as advertise, it clumps it and leaves on the carpet.

I love this product it was great and I have all ready used it and it cleans supper good. I cleaned my couch with it and it got SO MUCH DURTY STUFF. The water came out brown it was disgusting, but that means it worked really well. You should definitely get this product.

A lot easier to clean unit after shampooing carpet than a previous model I had! Suction power also stronger

The web site mentions that the product comes with samples of cleaning supplies. THIS IS FALSE. The package contains a coupon for $25off for online purchases; HOWEVER THE COUPON CODE DOES NOT WORK. Suggestion: If you want to buy this product find a package that does not include supplies and it is cheaper, as you won’t get the supplies no matter what the web site says here.

It arrived with a broken piece but Bissell sent a replacement part as part of their warranty. This is the best rug cleaner we have used. We had at 2 other Hoovers which both had leaking issues and did not perform as well as the Bissell in suction and cleaning.

This was a much needed replacement. My little guy was sick shortly after getting it and moving into a new place. So glad I had this for a quick clean up.

The carpet does not dry in 30 mins like it claims. I used it on the setting and everything. It took hrs for my carpet to dry!

Bought this to replace an older model. The new model cleans the carpets real good and they improved the rollers so that it no longer leaves those clumps of wet pet hair all over the floor. It used to be a real pain to have to go around and sweep up the clumps after cleaning the floors. This cleaner is worth the cost an I think it has been improved for the better. The ability to take it apart to clean it is really appreciated and very simple. I was ready to ditch Bissell and now Im glad I gave them 1 more shot at it. Good buy and cleans very well. Satisfied with the purchase 100%
