BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus, 3588F, Upright Deep Cleaner

Upright BISSELL Carper Cleaner CLEANED and REVITALIZED our 20 year old carpet. We’ve rented the BIG GREEN MACHINE many times, this model worked JUST AS WELL, much lighter, easy to maneuver and gets the job done with ease. Be sure to read the instructions as well as examine the images in the instructions, which lack pertinent detail. I downloaded the informational pdf documents from the BISSELL website for our newly purchased model. These helped. We were so impressed with the performance of this machine, we’ve ordered additional accessories from BISSELL. This machine will have paid for itself after just TWO uses, compared to commercial cleaning and SIX rentals of the BIG Green Machine from the local big box Home Improvements store. We love our new BISSELL. My wife and I are dry pleased. We believe you will be as well. Happy Cleaning Folks!

The first time using this product I read and followed all the instructions. At first, it wouldn’t spray water out (even though I held down the trigger for 10 seconds like the instructions said). I finally got it to spray and the machine worked as expected for about 10 passes. Then it wouldn’t spray or suction. At one point as I tried to trouble-shoot the problem, I took out the dirty water tank and it spilled all over the portion of the floor I had just cleaned (it was in an upright position when it “spilled”). Now I can’t even clean/suction up the dirty water tank mess because the machine isn’t cleaning or suctioning. Very frustrating! I have owned and used several Bissel carpet cleaners and they always break down sooner or later; I did expect this would work for a year or two, at least.

This is our second one. After only two uses, the cleaner stops spraying cleaning solution/water. This happened on both units. One was within the 30 day return for Amazon and was sent back. The second, replacement unit, was not used right away. By the time we used it, it was just over the Amazon return time. Working with Bissell customer support was nothing short of a nightmare. I finally gave up after being transferred to a third person/department. Still have a cleaner that will not spray cleaning solutions. No help from Bissell. If I could give zero stars I would.

Better vac of water needed.

We had an old Bissell that finally died. This cleaner is lightweight and very effective. Im very happy that I made the switch.

Love this, cleans like brand new

We had another Bissell carpet shampooer and it looked brand new but wasn’t sucking up water very well and it also had issues with dispersing the cleaning solution. I looked on You Tube for ideas and came across how to add a screw on the base of it where the screw would go up into the bottom portion of the tank’s bottom in order to allow the solution to be dispersed. That problem got fixed but it never sucked up correctly so it is going to Goodwill! I shampooed our bedroom carpeting and it got out so much dirt! It really did a great job of cleaning! I just hope this one will last longer than the last one! I did register it with Bissell in case anything happens to go wrong with it.

Amazing ability to pull water and stains out of carpet. Worth the price — but do be careful with fragile pile as the brush is very strong as well.

This is perfect allows me to have the sense of a professional cleaning without the price every 6 months.

I purchased this product due to a good company. I put it together and went to clean my new house and it stopped sucking and brushes stopped working. I looked at belt and ok but I still have a problem with brushes working all the time. the dirty water tank only holds a small amount and you have to empty way too often.
