Put together in a couple of minutes, works great, easy to use. well made and I am so glad I purchased this cleaner. I cleaned 1 bedroom, living room, hallway and it takes several hours to dry but made my carpet feel and look like new.

Listen. My husband and I are both 26 years old, and the fact that I am writing a customer review for a cleaning product makes me want to kiss my youth goodbye. But this carpet cleaner was SO WORTH IT. There were stains in my carpet that have been there since we potty trained our puppy 3 years ago that were gone in 2 swipes of this thing. The color of the water I was dumping out of the tank was both satisfying and horrifying. If I had any complaints its that sometimes the tank fills up really quickly because of the bubbles and I have to stop to empty it more than I would like to. But thats it. Definitely works and would recommend to anyone with plenty of pet related stains!

Very happy to make carpet cleaning satisfying, instead of a crouching body workout with little green or brushes. This thing keeps the water hot, reaches deep, and is so easy to clean after the clean. My dog’s diarrhea is finally gone from the carpet! Wife even has a genius idea to have our kid clean carpets for neighbors for a fee!

This Bissell does a great job cleaning my beige carpet! It even cleans stains out. Using the max clean option leaves my carpet dry in 4 to 6 hours. I highly recommend this carpet scrubber.

My hopes were high with the reviews but my experience is underwhelming. It was easy to put together. The plastic body I’m sure will last a year or two with monthly use I plan on, but unless I buy commercial that’s to be expected. The process to fill the tank with formula was not ideal. I would prefer a separate tank for formula from the water. The collection tank needs to be emptied after about 20-30% full so it’s a little misleading with the size. I have kids running barefoot from the yard so I know my soil level is high but I wasn’t able to clean 4 square feet before emptying the tank. The cleaning was good as long as I constantly kept every piece clean along the way. For a 12x12 area it took almost two tanks and about 8-10 collection empties. Overall I felt like I was cleaning the machine as much as the carpet. I’ve had better cleaners from other brands as far as ease of use and cleaning but I’m stuck with this until it inevitably breaks. Better than renting…

I purchased this product due to a good company. I put it together and went to clean my new house and it stopped sucking and brushes stopped working. I looked at belt and ok but I still have a problem with brushes working all the time. the dirty water tank only holds a small amount and you have to empty way too often.

Product works very well to pull dirt out of the rugs. For stubborn or old pet stains you may have to work at it more than once to get the stain out or faded. But it does the job.

I bought this one cleaned it all the time. It broke 3 weeks later. Now I have the bissel pro heat and it seems much better but I noticed in small writing that you have to change the belts around every 3 months.

It really worth the buy i seldom do review but this one deserves a positive remark. Our carpet looks clean and smells good. I highly recommend this product especially to all household with pets.

The first time using this product I read and followed all the instructions. At first, it wouldn’t spray water out (even though I held down the trigger for 10 seconds like the instructions said). I finally got it to spray and the machine worked as expected for about 10 passes. Then it wouldn’t spray or suction. At one point as I tried to trouble-shoot the problem, I took out the dirty water tank and it spilled all over the portion of the floor I had just cleaned (it was in an upright position when it “spilled”). Now I can’t even clean/suction up the dirty water tank mess because the machine isn’t cleaning or suctioning. Very frustrating! I have owned and used several Bissel carpet cleaners and they always break down sooner or later; I did expect this would work for a year or two, at least.
