These electrostatic filters work well and cost a fraction of what youd pay at your local hardware store for plain ones, so I dont feel so bad about replacing them every three months as required. They come in a standard cardboard frame. Great find.

The larger packs get the overall cost per filter down. These are us-made and cheaper than big box stores like 3m and other filters!

Seriously, what can I say? This is a product that is needed and so I got it. It looks like the filter I used last and except it it to perform as well.

This air filter is American-made, so thats a check for me. With a MERV 8 rating, it certainly will filter out up to 90% of airborne particles. The product looks solid and well built, everything is clearly labeled. If I compare it against the Filtrete Ultra 1500 that this item will replace, it seems to be the cost-effective option for the longer term - coming it at under $7 a pop. Installed it yesterday - super simple process - and will see if my senses can detect how much more or less effectively this filter works. But I will be replacing this on the regular 2-3 month schedule so my basic heating system stays effective and efficient.

Just installed this and it fits perfect. It definitely feels high quality and I’m looking forward to using these from now on. Also, they’re made in the USA so that’s a plus.

Not all filters are made the same...these are very nice and sturdy. They are also made in the USA which is a huge plus. Youre supposed to change every 3 months...oops i do every 6 but with a 4 pack i guess i can change more often. These look and seem to work just like my other ones by 3m filtrete. They are just a little cheaper in price but not much. Theres all types merv 8 , 11 etc higher number filters better. but so far no issues, its a filter just a different brand and a bit priced better. Ill stick with these to save a little cash especially with all the inflation going on lately.

These air filters are a happy compromise on a lower merv airflow number. I want to scrub my air and trap contaminants, but the higher merv numers block to much airflow. The air becomes blocked to the point of pulling the entire filter into the return distorting the center and making a whistling sound. I dont have those issues with this brand of merv 8 air filters. These are a good value. I recommend them!

These are basic furnace filters - not premium for allergens, but just standard Mervis 8 filtration which is what I needed. The 16 x 25 x 1 fit well into my furnace slot, and I like buying in bulk so I remember to regularly replace.
