Greater than one weekPeace of mind for the HVAC intake system, cleaner air is a necessity where we live and making sure we have high quality filters to help keep our family safe. These are better than the basic HVAC filters in store, with better design and technology to improve dust, allergen and mold trapping. Love that this set is also affordable and comes in a 3 pack, lasts us for 2-3 months as we change monthly or as needed.

> 3 daythe HVAC filter has made a noticeable difference in my home, providing improved air quality and significantly reducing pet dust. It enhances the performance of the HVAC system, and is easy to install and maintain. I do recommend considering an this HVAC filter to breathe easier and enjoy cleaner air in your home, especially if you have pets or allergies.

> 3 dayFilters fit as expected and are of typical design for a pleated filter. Product label states that BNX filters are made in the U.S.A. from 100% domestically source components. The frame is environment friendly single-sided and stated as manufactured from recycled cardboard. Amazon also lists Houston Texas based BNX as a a small business brand. All great selling features to me! Good product at a fair price!

> 3 dayThese air filters fit as expected and seem to work well. Ive used this BNX brand in the past with good results. If you dont know much about air filters, heres some information I recently learned: BNX is the seller/manufacturer (based in Houston, TX). MERV stands for Minimum Efficiency Reporting Values and is a standardized way to measure how many particles a filter will capture. A MERV 8 rated filter captures at least 84.9% of particles between the sizes of 0.3 and 10 microns. A higher rated filter will capture a higher percentage of particles. Many experts say that a MERV 8 filter is good enough for most average homes, and a higher rated filter may actually restrict the air flow of your furnace too much. They also say you should use the rating of filter recommended by your furnace manufacturer, and make sure to change your filter on a regular basis.

Greater than one weekSo far, so good! Fits perfectly and air flow doesn’t seem to have any issues. We have 3 big dogs, one being a Newfoundland, so we have to change our filters pretty often. It’s nice to find a good filter for a cost that doesn’t break the bank, currently at $12.50/each.

> 3 dayThese are nice filters. USA made. Lots of pleats, which theoretically allows for less restriction than competing filters of the same rating. I personally don’t go above MERV 8 either way because I like as much airflow as possible. Your furnace is supposed to heat the house, not clean it. I ordered the 16x25x1 size and it slide right in. Fit is good, price is fair, and again, made in the US. Will re-order for sure.

Greater than one weekHard to write a review on a filter. Its just what you would expect buying one of these at the store except it comes in a nicely wrapped plastic bag. I dont usually go for the high value filters and this one should be comparable with the paper insert and the filtration standards shown on the label.

11-04-2025These MERV 8 filters fit my upstairs HVAC intake perfectly. I like that they are made in the USA and the filter rating provides the amount of filtration I like. We’ve been using similar pleated filters for years and you can tell the difference — especially when you open up the air handler and see how clean the fan and air box are. I believe using this type of filter extends the life of an HVAC unit. As another reviewer noted, there is a sweet spot between cheap filters that let a lot of stuff through to the HVAC unit and interior air and the filters that are so dense that, while they do a great job of filtering air, can sometimes overburden the HVAC system and likely shorten its life. At less than $7 per filter, I think the price is decent for such good filters.
