The product only lasted for 3 months and I had to send it to bose to get a new one.

I am currently in flight training and once I knew I was committed to flying I decided to purchase my own headset. I noticed my instructor used only Bose so before buying I asked if they worth the $$ and he insisted only Bose. I have about 20 hours using this headset and find the noise cancelling to be extremely quite, the ear pads are very comfortable and the Bluetooth is a great added feature. They also come with a nice carrying case with a pocket on the outside that fits my flight log perfectly. Definitely pleased with this purchase.

This headset is excellent. The noise cancellation is great. It’s comfortable and the blue tooth is convenient.

I am a pilot for the largest major Airline in the World, and so far, not impressed with this headset. Compared to the regular Bose Headset w/Bluetooth, this headset is Extra BULKY, making it extremely uncomfortable. Head Clamp is the term that comes to mind. The regular 335 with U-fly-Mike accessory is a much better bet; however, I have also found the UFQ L-2 Headset to be a better bet as well (much more affordable and more reliable. Also, I had heard about excellent Bose service, purchased an extra warranty on this, and now, a year later, with the jack only working 50% of the time based on the jack with which they delivered it being a weird shape. This is basically an expensive nightmare, and I am tired of trying to deal with Bose, especially trying to get through to the warranty support which I have not been able to do while they’re open. The one time I talked with someone they were rude and condescending. Extreme frustration. I would not buy from Bose again.

I got them after my previous headset failure. Omg even without ANR sound quality is great, with ANR I have strange feeling in my years, like I am under water, but it is not super uncomfortable.

Bought this for my brother. He loves it. He said it was the best aviation headset he ever had. He said the battery does not last long though

I have been flying for a few years with the David Clark H10-13.4 headset. Super popular, and for good reason--they are awesome. But sometimes you dont know what you dont know, and had I never tried these Bose I would probably remain perfectly happy with the DCs. But, these Bose are in a completely different league. They are hardly noticeable on the head--minimal clamping force, yet they stay in place just fine. The noise cancelling works excellent. The sound quality is superb, even listening to music they are very clear with range that far surpassed what I expected out of an aviation headset.

The Bose A30 Aviation Headset is best utilized where noise is pervasive, comfort is required and communication is critical. The Bose A30 is Bose’s highest-performing, full-featured around-ear active noise cancelling aviation headset to date. With 20% less clamping force than the Bose A20 and redistributed weight for superior on-head stability, the comfort of the A30 rises to the top among over-the-ear form factors. The Bose A30 Aviation Headset with Bluetooth further improves upon the comfort and functionality of the Bose A20 with a new acoustic design and a fully digital active noise reduction (ANR) system. As the first-ever around-ear aviation headset with three modes of user selectable noise cancellation, the Bose A30 enables pilots to control the noise they hear in the cockpit. Plus, the Bose A30’s optional Bluetooth interface and tap control for talk-through communication offer versatility for pilots across all aircraft. This pilot headset also features a toolless, side swappable boom mic and down cable, and its improved carry case has internal zippered storage and padded sides for extra protection.
