    I have a home base business and use two printers. This is my main workhorse and I particularly like it since they finally designed it to accommodate a full ream of paper (500 sheets) instead of a puny 250. Its advertised as a business printer so at least 500 sheet capacity makes sense. It has worked flawlessly so far .

    We were eager to replace our earlier model Brother, which had finally worn out after years of use, with this supposedly improved one. We were disappointed to find that the paper frequently fails to feed from the paper tray.

    We do a lot of auto printing with these printers. They really do the job well. Sturdy, small enough for a table top and great print results. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is that we have to buy Brother toner replacements. None others will work in these printers - weve tried several. The OEM extended life toners do last longer but it would be nice to have another lower priced option.

    Fast printing but right out of the box, I get creased paper. Every 4th or so page is creased. Super annoying since product was brand new and obviously shipped with this problem. Do they do any Quality Control?! Apparently not. Avoid this model.
