Bucilla Sugar Plum Fairy Christmas Stocking Felt Applique Kit, 85431 18-Inch

I have complete over 20 of Bucilias stockings over the years. This one was as I have come to expect from Bucilia. I made a few changes as I usually do.

The material is incomplete a lot of thread colors wasnt enough to make the design and some of the prints-design are not well printed so it doesnt look good

This was the first stocking kit I ever made. My grandmother made these for us, and they were always such a special treat to get out of storage and hang each year. This particular design turned out to be absolutely beautiful. However, I did improvise on some things, as I was new to embroidery. I would not recommend it was an easy stocking- unless you dont get frustrated easily, and are up for a challenge. It was also very time consuming (I have found most are, having done more now!), so start early!! Super beautiful, and Im happy I chose this one. Happy stitching!!

Bucilla kits are nice quality and easy to make.

I have made many Bucilla Christmas stockings over the past 45 years. The quality of the felt now is poor. I have had to recut some kits in new purchased felt. This kit arrived with sand in the shipping envelope. Very disappointed.

Adorable stocking and contains all the pieces you need but these stockings take forever to complete.

Details on how to make stocking were not thorough enough. The stocking is too hard to make as a novice.

Great kit with easy to follow instructions.

Made this for my daughter. She absolutely loved it. Takes some time to do, but very rewarding.
