Bucilla Sugar Plum Fairy Christmas Stocking Felt Applique Kit, 85431 18-Inch

i have to say i loved this stocking. I have made many of these project and i agree the face was a little time consuming, it was what you should a expect for a craft like this. I have a 4 year old daughter who loves pink and dancing so when she saw me making this she was extremely excited and i have to say the little girl in me loves it too. Lol. Heres a hint though, if you dont want to get embroider the face simply get colored fine tip pens and trace it and add the blush, i did for my sisters daughters one and it turned out just as good.

Im working on this one now and am quite happy with all the bucilla kits I have completed. Such a feeling of completeness when I get one done. Our youngest daughter is going to claim this one. She has danced in the nutcracker story numerous times so right up her alley

Ive always had a love for faeires and this kit makes her come to life right on the stocking. love the intricate details. It does require alot of hand work, but with anything that is beautiful upon completion, its worth it.

Okay no lie these are HARD im not a sewing person but me and my siblings have a stocking that was made in the 90’s same as these so now that i have two daughters i just had to get some for them at grandmas! Super cute but definitely a challange
