> 24 hourGot obstruction warning; googled on how to clean as they don’t provide video on care. Even after cleaning, still has obstruction and can’t operate. Obstruction appears to be a built in filter that has been cleaned. Update: company mailed two separate parts, the last being a new motor, to remedy the issue. Great customer service!

> 24 hourI purchased the Belife Cordless Vacuum Cleaner based on multiple influencer reviews. The vacuum is a good price point, it arrived quickly, looks nice and runs smoothly. My issue with this vacuum is that I have 2 dogs that shed and all hardwood floors. I need a vacuum with stronger suction and can hold more tumble weeds of hair. I originally rated the vacuum 3 stars, as it did not meet my particular needs. Customer service reached out to me immediately after seeing my initial review and wanted to work with me to see how they could meet my expectations. Customer service was quick, easy, personalized, and empathetic. Companies that deliver excellent customer service taking the time needed to understand the needs of their customer base is a company that I would like to support and recommend.

> 24 hourUPDATE: Company reached out to me ASAP. They worked with me to trouble shoot the vacuum. They sent a new battery out and followed up so I am very impressed with their customer service. Charging the new battery now and will see if that fixes the issues. Our return window is closed or I would send this back so fast!! This doesn’t work on carpet at all! The battery dies way too fast! I fell for everything the fb articles said! It’s as good as Dyson??? Nope as good as a cheap dirt devil.

> 24 hourI purchased this light weight vacuum as I had back surgery and this is very light weight and easy to maneuver. We have 2 pitties and lots of small hairs to pick up. It works well on hardwood floors and carpet is ok. I was super happy with it and my daughter (23 yrs) said it was best purchase we have made.

> 24 hourThis is a good little vacuum with some serious suction power. The pros: - Sturdy - our last cheapo vacuum kept breaking, but this one seem built very solid. - Good charging design - it comes with a charger you can use with or without the wall mount, but the wall mount has a slot to put the charger end, so that the battery plugs in when you slide the vacuum in. Great design. You can also see the level of charge via an indicator on the back, so you know when its fully charged or needs to be plugged in. - Good battery life (so far) - some people have said the battery life isnt too long, but weve been able to get our whole floor vacuumed without any issue. - Different suction levels - there is a touch button on the back that allows you to cycle through 3 levels of suction. We typically use 2 or 3 for hard floors, and 2 for carpets (3 gets stuck on carpets because its too much). - Useful attachments - theyre good quality, and even include a cutter (for hair around the roller) - Ive never seen that before. - Extender tube design - the button you use to lengthen or shorten the tube can be pushed or pulled in either direction. This makes it so much easier to pull out or push in. Cons: - A little heavy - with the sturdy design comes a little heavier product. And because its top heavy, you can get some fatigue vacuuming for extended periods. - Doesnt suction well going backwards - this is even in the instruction manual, and to me is a design flaw. Everyone vacuums going both forwards and backwards, and this doesnt do it well. Also, because it has a small head, this means a lot more movement than a typical vacuum. - No space for attachments - the wall mount is just for the vacuum, and the vacuum doesnt hold them, so you need to find somewhere else to store the attachments. - Lower level suction not useful - there doesnt seem to be a reason to have level 1 suction, unless youre a company trying to have better battery life specs (lower suction = less power used). It doesnt vacuum up much, and you almost always have to go to level 2 or 3. I would also prefer if it defaulted to the last setting used, instead of back to 1 every time you turn it on and off. - Emptying the bin - there are two triggers close to each other, and occasionally you can accidentally hit the release instead (oops!). It is also a little awkward to empty - you need to take off the tube in order to empty it more easily. TLDR: Overall, this is a good vacuum that I have a few nit-picky things I would change, but great for hard floors.

> 24 hourOrdered the cordless vacuum and was very happy with the quality and light weight of the vacuum. The battery was defective but the company is sending me another. While the vacuum worked I was amazed at the suction. That’s why I wanted to keep the vacuums.

> 24 hourI have had this vacuum for a few months and it worked great in the beginning. I charge it after use every time. Now I can only use it for a couple minutes and it shuts off. The light flashes and it shuts off. Wait a few minutes and turn it back on, then it shuts off within 20 seconds. It is not blocked, it is not a dead battery. It is defective. The return window has expired. UPDATE*** Belife reached out to offer me a partial refund and to replace the battery. Now that the battery has been replaced, the vacuum is working. Rating has been updated to 4 stars. While this vacuum isn’t the most powerful, the price makes it a great value when comparing it to more expensive models that often require you to hold down the trigger while using. This does not require you to hold down the trigger.

> 24 hourI love love love this vacuum. I have a pyredoodle and a two yr old, both requiring lots of cleaning! I can get over the small run time due to how easy this thing is to use, but I find it does not stay locked into place correctly when extended. I’ve been contacting support in hopes that maybe it can be fixed. They sent me a piece to replace the rod but unfortunately it did the same thing. It’s usable, just quite annoying to constantly fix it. Updating when I can hopefully when we figure this out.

> 24 hourOk before you look at my 4 stars let me explain what it is cleaning. I have 2 Labrador’s a Great Dane and Great Pyrenees and a shizu. I vacuum every day and wanted something easy for me to just grab and vacuum with. I also have 2 horses and 6 kids and a cow so there is a lot of mud dirt and hay. It does a good job considering all of this but it does stop up and shut off when it gets hair clogged in the opening from the handle to the cylinder. It does not pick up hay very well and small dry mud clots are a challenge but it gets them if you step on them and bust them up. All in all I really enjoy being able to grab it and go because I like my house to be clean even with all of the chaos. So I would buy it again. If you just need basic cleaning this thing will be a beast. I use my shark vaccume every few Days but this has really saved my sanity to get little spots up fast. If your looking for a nice lightweight tool then this is your best bet. Happy cleaning!
