After targeting the main issue, a replacement part was at my door in less than 48 hrs at no charge to us, & the problem was resolved. The tech & customer support was better than what you expect these days which made everything so much more tolerable. Thank you again for helping us to get everything back into working order! We will be repeat customers because of this... It was great! Ran smooth, picked up all the pet hair in the rugs & left the hardwood clean as can be.. then the battery lost all its umphh in less than a year, now it runs on Low or Med. but you can hear the motor slowly bogging down until its just a low hum. I can turn it off then on & get a few more minutes of use but it happens each time now. If I try to use it on High even w a fully charged battery it shuts down in less than a minute. No warning, no lights flashing to indicate a problem. Battery still fully charged it just shuts off. I loved this thing, now its a regret that hangs on the laundry room wall...

No cord to trip over or get tangled up in – you can use it anywhere you want, whether its in the living room, the kitchen, or even in the car. Plus, its so lightweight that you can carry it around with one hand, like a boss. I felt like a cleaning superhero, zapping dust bunnies with my trusty cordless vacuum cleaner. And when I was done, I just popped it back on its charging dock and let it rest up for its next cleaning mission. Overall, I have to say that Im in love with this cordless vacuum cleaner. Its like the perfect combination of function and fashion, and it makes cleaning a little less dreadful. So, if youre looking for a vacuum cleaner that looks great, works even better, and wont make you want to rip your hair out, then you need this bad boy in your life. Edit: i had originally rated this 2 stars because of a falty battery. I have updated my review because customer service has been excellent in addressing and solving the issue. I would give 5 stars but I will wait to see if the solution is long term. 5 stars for customer service though! Initially I was super excited for this vacuum. It is lightweight and has good suction. I only gave 2 stars because after 6 months the battery just wont charge. No warning or gradual decline. I looked and a new battery is like $40/$50. Seems like kind of a waste for the price if you have to replace that fast. The battery will seem like it is charging, and the vacuum will turn on and instantly turn off.

I love this vacuum BUT there is a big design flaw: the pull tab to empty the bin is right below the on/off button. It is too easy (Ive done it 3 times) to get your finger on the wrong one and instead of starting the vacuum, you empty the dirt contents back on the floor. Otherwise, it is a good, lightweight vacuum that holds a good charge when running on high speed.

I love this little vacuum! My niece had it and said she loved it so I thought I would give it a try. I run it through the house about once a day. I have a lot of floor space and the battery has lasted every time. Much cheaper than the big names but works great!

Update: After leaving the original review below and also sending a message on the company website where I had registered my purchase, I was contacted by customer service offering me an updated version of the vacuum for free or a full refund. It is good to know the company stands by the warranty. We are looking forward to trying the new vacuum and hoping the malfunction is not present in this model. Original Review: At first we loved everything about it. Then it quit on us the second time we used it. We thought this would be a good vacuum for our second home. We didnt want to purchase a second Dyson when we only use it 6-10 days a month on average. The first weekend we got it, we thought it was a great value for the money: pretty strong suction, light and maneuverable, and the trigger was even better than the Dyson (our Dyson has to be constantly depressed whereas the Belife is pull to start then pull again to stop). When we came back another weekend, my husband tried to use the vacuum, and it stopped working after a minute and would not stay running for longer than a few seconds at a time. It has been thoroughly cleaned and fully charged, but the problem does not resolve.

I looooove this vacuum! So convenient, does such a great job! I would recommend this to everyone, and I have! The only thing I dislike is that the trigger to open the canister to empty it is right by the trigger that turns it on. Making it very easy to select the wrong one (they’re the same type of trigger, right next to each other). Other than that design flaw I’m in love.

It works well for the money

I’ve had this vacuum since February and recently the rotating brush quit working :( it was so nice while it worked though picked up tons of dog hair!

I ordered this vacuum almost 2 months ago . I am sad to say i am displeased with its power and battery life. It lasts 15-20 minuets after a two day charge my battery dies. I get two rooms of my home done and now had to charge for another day before it can be used. In between i then need to use my shop vac to get the rest of the house clean . ( I prefer this at this point due to the suction power). Suction on this is not the best, it sounds really loud like its doing a lot but honestly the canister does not allow enough suction , the way the intake for the canister is awful. Things get stuck in it unless its basic dirt or dust. I can say its not due to sucking up major things to clog it but things such as small popron , rice and more just get stuck in the exchange between the canister and the intake. ( We have cleaned it and it still happens. Our home is 1890 square feet and im sad to say it does not do the job, sure if it was just for a kitchen , or a bathroom , closet , absolutely perfect for your needs for a large home for us it does not work . I honestly wish i wouldve waited and saved and purchased a dyson or cord attached vacuum. Im going to be returning this to amazon at this point because i would rather use my money for something with more power, and with a better battery . It just did not work like i saw in the reviews for us. ( Side note we have tile and hard wood floors , what it does pick up sure it does ok ) .
