I wanted to wait and give an honest review about this vacuum. I needed something for my hardwood floors so I didn’t have to sweep multiple times a day. With 2 dogs that shed, it seemed like the pet hair was endless. I love this vacuum! From the battery life to the suction, it’s fantastic! I did make the mistake of leaving it up right to move a rug, it fell over and wires were hanging out of the bottom. Belife and Amazon were fantastic in helping me get the head replaced! Filing a claim was easy and I had the replacement product in just a few days!! And believe me, waiting on the replacement and having to go back to sweeping was torture! This vacuum spoiled me! 5 stars and would recommend to anyone!!

This review has been a long time coming. I kept waiting for something not to like. It never happened! So on to why I write now...I ordered this vacuum 4-23-2022. I charged the battery as directed & it has been a dream. I have an Arctic Husky that sheds always & it has been great. The swivel head works well to get in tight places. On 5-7-2023, the battery died. I went online to order one as I am LOST without this vacuum! The pictures I saw did not match my battery label exactly, so I called Customer Service (at almost closing) 5-9-2023. She asked for a pic of my battery label and I texted it to her. She said she needed to talk with the technician and would call me this morning. True to her word, she did. Because my battery is no longer made, they are sending me a NEW vacuum! Did I hear right?? She took my address and said it would be about 5 business days. WOW! What AWESOME product service. Not only do I LOVE my cordless vacuum, but I will be a lifetime customer of this company!

I use this vacuum for spot cleaning our multi dog home. Its nice for in between the times we break out our large vacuum. Its pretty simple to take apart to clean, nice power settings, and breaks down easily enough to use as a handheld. I do wish it had a wall unit that holds the machine and the battery. All in all this unit is great for the purpose we bought it for and for that Im thankful. I really do wish that it came with something to hold the unit on the wall.

Got obstruction warning; googled on how to clean as they don’t provide video on care. Even after cleaning, still has obstruction and can’t operate. Obstruction appears to be a built in filter that has been cleaned. Update: company mailed two separate parts, the last being a new motor, to remedy the issue. Great customer service!

It has been less than year since we bought this We liked the vacuum cleaner. It was light, easy to maneuver and pretty strong suction. Unfortunately one day it just stopped to work. It turns on for few seconds then shuts off with a blinking red light. Filter is clean, fully charged overnight but doesn’t work. Follow up: 6/23/23 After contacting the support, they responded very quickly and determined that battery was the problem. Immediately send me a replacement without any cost. Very happy with their response. I will give them 5 stars.

I don’t know if I’m just picky or what but this is fine but nothing I would write home about. At full power this is picks everything up on hardwood floors but then it only last like ten minutes but if you turn it off before the ten minutes it likely won’t turn back on even if you have battery life left because it’s over heated. You will then think it’s broken and try to read through the reviews or google about it to not really find much but think you have a defective battery but you don’t it’s just over heating. Just plug it back in and wait hours then you can use it again lol. I mean it’s easy to use but nothing overly easy where it beats my regular carpet to hardwood big old vacuum lol. Kinda just a waste of $100 some bucks or whatever it was in my opinion. My 6 year old uses it the most and that’s just to try and teach chores and this is something that I don’t really care if it gets broken it’s easy for him to empty and plug in plus his attention span last the same amount of time as the battery life.

My sister had one of these and so I ordered one for myself. I love it! Its great. Lightweight, easy to take apart, and charges quickly. I love that it has a light on it too. The only issue I had was that the battery was faulty. I got ahold of customer service and the representative (Grace) immediately offered to send me a new battery and a charger as well in case that was the issue. However, there were some unexpected issues with shipping them to me- I received the charger but neither of the 2 batteries she tried to send out. So she reached out to me (great communication the entire time) and told me the company felt bad that I havent been able to use my vacuum and that they werent sure what the issue with Amazon shipping them to me was. She offered the solution of me buying a new battery from Amazon to ensure that they shipped one to me and once I received it they would refund me so that it would be the free replacement Id been waiting for. I went to do that and discovered the issue- the reason the logistics of the company sending a new battery through Amazon wasnt working was because of where I live. Amazon will not ship certain things to Alaska such as aerosols or batteries. For some reason, they would ship the batteries with the vacuum as a whole but not by themselves. I told Grace about this and her immediate response was to send me a new vacuum and that worked! Im impressed with how good the customer service was. Everything worked out great in the end, and the company was very patient. 10/10. The vacuum is great but the customer service is even better and definitely makes me inclined to buy things from this company again.

And when I was done, I just popped it back on its charging dock and let it rest up for its next cleaning mission. Overall, I have to say that Im in love with this cordless vacuum cleaner. Its like the perfect combination of function and fashion, and it makes cleaning a little less dreadful. So, if youre looking for a vacuum cleaner that looks great, works even better, and wont make you want to rip your hair out, then you need this bad boy in your life. Your floors – and your back – will thank you.

*UPDATE - The company contacted me and sent me out a new extension rod which is making the vacuum work perfectly now. Great customer service and support. I have had this vacuum for 10 months and it is already time to get a new one. It started out strong but now it is already breaking down. The vacuum will start to collapse when I’m vacuuming and gets things stuck in the tubes too often (like leaves). Just not my favorite.
