Unable to return. The suction is horrible. It has to be angled perfect in order to get any suction at all. And I dont even think it worked any better than my old dying vacuum. I guess ill use it for light work in the kitchen when I dont want to sweep. UPDATE: The company reached out to inform me that with my above issues the battery may have been damaged and so they sent me another along with a small refund. Which was very nice. The battery was indeed damaged and the battery does hold a charge better now and the suction is better.

I purchased this light weight vacuum as I had back surgery and this is very light weight and easy to maneuver. We have 2 pitties and lots of small hairs to pick up. It works well on hardwood floors and carpet is ok. I was super happy with it and my daughter (23 yrs) said it was best purchase we have made.

And when I was done, I just popped it back on its charging dock and let it rest up for its next cleaning mission. Overall, I have to say that Im in love with this cordless vacuum cleaner. Its like the perfect combination of function and fashion, and it makes cleaning a little less dreadful. It has been less than year since we bought this We liked the vacuum cleaner. It was light, easy to maneuver and pretty strong suction. Unfortunately one day it just stopped to work. It turns on for few seconds then shuts off with a blinking red light. Filter is clean, fully charged overnight but doesn’t work. Follow up: 6/23/23 After contacting the support, they responded very quickly and determined that battery was the problem. Immediately send me a replacement without any cost. Very happy with their response. I will give them 5 stars.

EDIT: Customer service reached out about the roller brush attachment not working and offered a replacement part and a refund for that part. I am happy with the customer service resolving the issue! Ive had this vacuum since April, so about 7/8 months. I loved it at first, but about a month ago the long stick portion stopped suctioning. Tried everything, took it apart, cleaned it- nothing worked. Contacted the customer service about it over a month ago and still no response. Asked a FAQ question about if they sold the stick separately, and they do, its just not in stock. Well it hasnt been in stock for over a month and I can barely use the vacuum without the most used attachment. If Im going to buy a whole new vacuum when I only need 1 replacement part, it will definitely not be from them.

This review has been a long time coming. I kept waiting for something not to like. It never happened! So on to why I write now...I ordered this vacuum 4-23-2022. I charged the battery as directed & it has been a dream. I have an Arctic Husky that sheds always & it has been great. The swivel head works well to get in tight places. On 5-7-2023, the battery died. I went online to order one as I am LOST without this vacuum! The pictures I saw did not match my battery label exactly, so I called Customer Service (at almost closing) 5-9-2023. She asked for a pic of my battery label and I texted it to her. She said she needed to talk with the technician and would call me this morning. True to her word, she did. Because my battery is no longer made, they are sending me a NEW vacuum! Did I hear right?? She took my address and said it would be about 5 business days. WOW! What AWESOME product service. Not only do I LOVE my cordless vacuum, but I will be a lifetime customer of this company!

Why buy a Dyson when you can get this one? A family I nanny for has a Dyson and you have to hold your finger on the trigger the whole time. With this, you click it on and off by the trigger, no need to hold it down. The amount of cat litter and fine cat hair that live in my home rent free has been tremendously cut down with this thing. The ONLY drawback I have found is that the empty trigger is right below the on/off trigger so be careful not to empty the can trying to power it up!

I’ve bought my first belife vacuum in July 2022, it worked like a charm. The suction power is incredible and it picks up even the tiniest particles of dust, dirt and pet hair. It’s lightweight, easy to use, I love that you don’t have to hold the button while cleaning. Also the build in light makes it fun to vacuum in the dark, you literally can see all the dirt on the floor. Unfortunately, it broke in April, it kept turning off saying that I have an air pipe blocked and I also couldn’t deattached the dust container, so I can see what’s the problem and what’s blocking the air. I decided not to deal with it and I bought a new one, because I didn’t know or totally forgot that the vacuum has a 1 year warranty. So my new vacuum arrived, it worked great until it stopped. I used it less than 3 weeks. I contacted a customer service, nobody responded, turned out they are not working on weekends, which is totally fine, but I had no idea. So on Monday customer service representative Emily reached me, I’ve told her everything what happened with my first and second vacuums. She was patient and understanding, and took time to listen my concerns and provide a solution that worked for me. Right now I’m waiting for new parts for both of my vacuums. Overall, perfect vacuum for its price. If something happens to it just reach customer service and they will do their best to make it up to you.

Easy setup. Simple operation; easy to empty dust cup. Battery life as advertised. This unit has a slightly narrower head than my Dyson cordless vacuum, but is perfect for my Mothers home. Easily handles the hard floors of her kitchen, front hall, and carpeted living room. Maneuvers easily around and under furniture. Very pleased.

I am constantly battling little pieces of dry grass coming in on my dogs. This light weight vacuum is used 5-10x a day. OCD , I know. The battery life is sufficient. I like being able to lengthen the pole to meet my height. The only negative so far is that the on & off button area is very small, so you can accidentally turn it off while vacuuming. This is definitely not going to work for someone with large hands.
