*UPDATE - The company contacted me and sent me out a new extension rod which is making the vacuum work perfectly now. Great customer service and support. I have had this vacuum for 10 months and it is already time to get a new one. It started out strong but now it is already breaking down. The vacuum will start to collapse when I’m vacuuming and gets things stuck in the tubes too often (like leaves). Just not my favorite.

The customer service was so amazing and helpful when my Vacuums quit working. They helped me figure out the problem and replace the whole system. 100% recommend this machine based on their customer service and warranty.

Bought one of these a year ago for our 1500 sq ft cottage with wood floors and area rugs. It’s all we use there. Loved it. Bought a different brand that was well reviewed for my 3200 sq ft house and took it to Good Will after three uses. It just spit dirt around and the head got clogged up with any significant debris. Got a second Belife and it works great on carpet and stairs as well. Small dirt container and if you don’t empty it regularly it keeps pushing dirt beyond the gasket into the filter system. Learned my lesson there but it cleaned up fine. Regularly dumping the dirt makes this a near perfect, inexpensive unit. Goes on sale periodically on Amazon. I get a kick out of using it every time. Swivels so well around furniture.

This is the first cordless stick vac Ive owned, so with no frame of reference, it seems like a great buy. I bought this as a quick tidy-up option when I dont want to drag out the corded vacuum. I wouldnt buy this as an only vacuum for whole house cleaning, but it would be great for a small apartment or RV. I get about 15 minutes out of it on full power, I have pets and I find the lower power settings to be pointless, I would be surprised if anyone found the lowest power setting useful. The one issue I have with it is that there is a trigger that releases the canister hatch first and as you pull it further back it will release the canister. If you are trying to detach the canister, hold the hatch closed while doing it or your going to dump the contents on the floor. It can be a little tricky getting the canister reattached as well. Really, the canister release set-up is really not good, but the performance at that price gets the stars.

I looked into different brands/models and this one seemed just right- really lightweight, 380 Watts of motor power and not too loud. I was surprised how quiet it was. I keep my floors relatively clean but after the first use the dust container was filled with dog hair and dirt. So far, I’m really happy. Great price and quick delivery!

Ordered the cordless vacuum and was very happy with the quality and light weight of the vacuum. The battery was defective but the company is sending me another. While the vacuum worked I was amazed at the suction. That’s why I wanted to keep the vacuums.

When I first got this, I could vacuum my kitchen, dining room and hallway multiple times a week without recharging. Now I’m lucky to be able to get through them one time and then I have to recharge. I’m disappointed the battery is wearing out so quickly because the vacuum itself does a good job.

I just had to add to my original review. Wow!! What amazing customer service this company has, I am thoroughly shook! I had a representative contact me within 2 days of my original review. She took the time to troubleshoot my problem and found out that it was an issue with the battery. She sent me a new battery and a small refund for my trouble and frustration I had with the vacuum (although I haven’t seen the refund yet)… the battery fixed my problem so far and hopefully it doesn’t happen again. I’ve never written a review before, but felt like I needed to with this. I’ve had this vacuum for only 5 months and it no longer works. Really??!! It runs for about 10 seconds at a time then shuts itself down claiming to have “airflow blocked” and “brush clogged”. How can this be when I’m not even using the brush roller?! I was simply using it as a handheld, attempting to vacuum off a high shelf. I promise you, it absolutely does not have a clog, as I’ve cleaned out every piece of it to no avail. It’s just useless… There’s no way I can ever finish, let alone even start a project with this piece of junk. Of course, I’m past my return window or this useless piece of plastic would have been returned already. So disappointed, what a waste of money.

If you are looking for a cordless vacuum to replace your corded one, this may not be the right vacuum for you. On the highest suction the battery does not last long at all. However, on the lowest suction it can last a while. It really did not work at all on an area rug but it worked well enough on my hardwood floors. Its nice to be able to quickly grab it to do a once over on my floors but it doesnt really pick up everything. Its enough to get me through the week until I can pull out my corded vacuum for a nice deep vacuum. So, would I recommend it? Yes and no. If you are looking for something that will replace your corded vacuum, then no. This is not the one. However, if youre looking for a vacuum you can just grab quickly to clean up a spill or get you through the week until you pull out the big vacuum, then yes. This one will work for you.

After having this vacuum for a few months I feel like I am able to give an honest review. This is a great vacuum and a game changer when you have small children. Easy to use, lightweight, and picks up all of the little messes that the little ones leave around. The only downside to is is that I almost always have to use it on the 2nd or 3rd level and the battery does not last long. I do not have a huge house, a small ranch and theres no way that I could do the upstairs and downstairs in the same. Sometimes I can only do a few rooms and it needs to be charged. I also do wish that there was a smaller piece like the floor piece to use on the couches, the size of it is really big and awkward to maneuver when vacuuming the couches. I really do love this vacuum but if the battery lasted longer and had an additional smaller size of the floor head this vacuum would be 5 stars.
