I am constantly battling little pieces of dry grass coming in on my dogs. This light weight vacuum is used 5-10x a day. OCD , I know. The battery life is sufficient. I like being able to lengthen the pole to meet my height. The only negative so far is that the on & off button area is very small, so you can accidentally turn it off while vacuuming. This is definitely not going to work for someone with large hands.

UPDATE as of Sunday September 11th: Vacuum working great until this week. Keep getting the red check mark error code which means it is overheating due to possible blockage. The vacuum will stop but if you wait a minute or so it will start back up and then stop again almost immediately. I have taken the entire vacuum apart, cleaned and washed the filters and still the error. Hope company contacts me but in the meantime will go back to my Dyson. I really love this vacuum - quieter than my Dyson - great suction and long use between charge. HOWEVER I purchased this May 2022 and the battery will not charge today. Have had it plugged in for almost whole day and all I get is a flashing green light. I cleaned all parts - pulled battery and has it on charger and nothing. I dont know if manufacturer will cover. UPDATE I was contacted by the companys customer service and they are sending a new battery and charger unit. YEA!! Not only will I get my favorite vacuum back but there is at least one company out there who cares about their product and customer satisfaction. Guys I really do love this vacuum. I use it everyday and the cordless feature allows me to grab and use. I have a 17 year old cat who sheds hair in the hot Arizona heat and this vacuum is a whiz at picking it up from both hardwood floors to carpeting. Just pay attention to the directional use. Also easy to empty the canister and no need to buy filters in the future - they are all washable with this unit

I looked into different brands/models and this one seemed just right- really lightweight, 380 Watts of motor power and not too loud. I was surprised how quiet it was. I keep my floors relatively clean but after the first use the dust container was filled with dog hair and dirt. So far, I’m really happy. Great price and quick delivery!

This is a good little vacuum with some serious suction power. The pros: - Sturdy - our last cheapo vacuum kept breaking, but this one seem built very solid. - Good charging design - it comes with a charger you can use with or without the wall mount, but the wall mount has a slot to put the charger end, so that the battery plugs in when you slide the vacuum in. Great design. You can also see the level of charge via an indicator on the back, so you know when its fully charged or needs to be plugged in. - Good battery life (so far) - some people have said the battery life isnt too long, but weve been able to get our whole floor vacuumed without any issue. - Different suction levels - there is a touch button on the back that allows you to cycle through 3 levels of suction. We typically use 2 or 3 for hard floors, and 2 for carpets (3 gets stuck on carpets because its too much). - Useful attachments - theyre good quality, and even include a cutter (for hair around the roller) - Ive never seen that before. - Extender tube design - the button you use to lengthen or shorten the tube can be pushed or pulled in either direction. This makes it so much easier to pull out or push in. Cons: - A little heavy - with the sturdy design comes a little heavier product. And because its top heavy, you can get some fatigue vacuuming for extended periods. - Doesnt suction well going backwards - this is even in the instruction manual, and to me is a design flaw. Everyone vacuums going both forwards and backwards, and this doesnt do it well. Also, because it has a small head, this means a lot more movement than a typical vacuum. - No space for attachments - the wall mount is just for the vacuum, and the vacuum doesnt hold them, so you need to find somewhere else to store the attachments. - Lower level suction not useful - there doesnt seem to be a reason to have level 1 suction, unless youre a company trying to have better battery life specs (lower suction = less power used). It doesnt vacuum up much, and you almost always have to go to level 2 or 3. I would also prefer if it defaulted to the last setting used, instead of back to 1 every time you turn it on and off. - Emptying the bin - there are two triggers close to each other, and occasionally you can accidentally hit the release instead (oops!). It is also a little awkward to empty - you need to take off the tube in order to empty it more easily. TLDR: Overall, this is a good vacuum that I have a few nit-picky things I would change, but great for hard floors.

It’s a good vacuum, but the only downside is the battery. It lasts about 30 min using the lowest setting, and lasts about 10 min with medium setting. Battery dies fast when using highest setting. I recommend using medium when vacuuming. I’ve been using this vacuum for over a year now and main issue is battery.

The price tells the story. I bought this for my basement office. Just an occasional sweep to help tidy up. I have yet to use it long enough to judge the battery strength, but it seems suitable for my use so far. The one nagging issue is the wall bracket and accessories. The mounting bracket is VERY flimsy and does not hold the vacuum well. Additionally, there is not any place to store the attachments. For now, they just lie on the floor.

    Greater than one week

I just had to add to my original review. Wow!! What amazing customer service this company has, I am thoroughly shook! I had a representative contact me within 2 days of my original review. She took the time to troubleshoot my problem and found out that it was an issue with the battery. She sent me a new battery and a small refund for my trouble and frustration I had with the vacuum (although I haven’t seen the refund yet)… the battery fixed my problem so far and hopefully it doesn’t happen again. I’ve never written a review before, but felt like I needed to with this. I’ve had this vacuum for only 5 months and it no longer works. Really??!! It runs for about 10 seconds at a time then shuts itself down claiming to have “airflow blocked” and “brush clogged”. How can this be when I’m not even using the brush roller?! I was simply using it as a handheld, attempting to vacuum off a high shelf. I promise you, it absolutely does not have a clog, as I’ve cleaned out every piece of it to no avail. It’s just useless… There’s no way I can ever finish, let alone even start a project with this piece of junk. Of course, I’m past my return window or this useless piece of plastic would have been returned already. So disappointed, what a waste of money.

Customer service has been assisting with fixing the problems with the vacuum, which is great because I like the vacuum it just seemed to have a couple issues. Changing my review now to 4 stars for the effort they’re putting forth. They are good and quick with response time. It was okay for the money, but it’s died only 6 months after having. Waste of money!!

Edit: i had originally rated this 2 stars because of a falty battery. I have updated my review because customer service has been excellent in addressing and solving the issue. I would give 5 stars but I will wait to see if the solution is long term. 5 stars for customer service though! Initially I was super excited for this vacuum. It is lightweight and has good suction. I only gave 2 stars because after 6 months the battery just wont charge. No warning or gradual decline. I looked and a new battery is like $40/$50. Seems like kind of a waste for the price if you have to replace that fast. The battery will seem like it is charging, and the vacuum will turn on and instantly turn off.

EDIT: Customer service reached out about the roller brush attachment not working and offered a replacement part and a refund for that part. I am happy with the customer service resolving the issue! Ive had this vacuum since April, so about 7/8 months. I loved it at first, but about a month ago the long stick portion stopped suctioning. Tried everything, took it apart, cleaned it- nothing worked. Contacted the customer service about it over a month ago and still no response. Asked a FAQ question about if they sold the stick separately, and they do, its just not in stock. Well it hasnt been in stock for over a month and I can barely use the vacuum without the most used attachment. If Im going to buy a whole new vacuum when I only need 1 replacement part, it will definitely not be from them.
