*UPDATE - The company contacted me and sent me out a new extension rod which is making the vacuum work perfectly now. Great customer service and support. I have had this vacuum for 10 months and it is already time to get a new one. It started out strong but now it is already breaking down. The vacuum will start to collapse when I’m vacuuming and gets things stuck in the tubes too often (like leaves). Just not my favorite.

I’ve had this vacuum since February and recently the rotating brush quit working :( it was so nice while it worked though picked up tons of dog hair!

It’s my first cordless & I had to replace my Dyson. I couldn’t afford an expensive vacuum again but with a dust allergy, I needed a good vacuum. This vacuum is excellent at picking up dust & cat hair. The filter works great because I’m not sneezing after using it. My only complaint is that it runs out of battery fast, and that’s probably because I use it at high speed. It is light & versatile and it’s easy enough my kids can use it and love to use it.

UPDATE: Company reached out to me ASAP. They worked with me to trouble shoot the vacuum. They sent a new battery out and followed up so I am very impressed with their customer service. Charging the new battery now and will see if that fixes the issues. Our return window is closed or I would send this back so fast!! This doesn’t work on carpet at all! The battery dies way too fast! I fell for everything the fb articles said! It’s as good as Dyson??? Nope as good as a cheap dirt devil.

I have been using this vacuum at least a couple of times a week for about 6 months and so far the experience has been very good. It works on hard floors and carpets and is quite comfortable. The battery so far works very well and lasts as long as expected. I wish the accessories were better, I think it loses suction power with them.

I absolutely love this. While a Dyson would be my dream purchase, this is a great vacuum for me and my needs! I have a small (800 sq Ft) home with hardwood, and the suction is great for picking up dust, dirt, dog hair, and more. I can see why this may not work well for people with carpet though. I also am surprised the battery died within less than 30 minutes of use, but am not surprised because I read other reviews beforehand. I love the light to see the dirt and dust, and the attachment is great for crevices in the wall, and under or between the couch cushions. Overall: great purchase, super happy.

Easy setup. Simple operation; easy to empty dust cup. Battery life as advertised. This unit has a slightly narrower head than my Dyson cordless vacuum, but is perfect for my Mothers home. Easily handles the hard floors of her kitchen, front hall, and carpeted living room. Maneuvers easily around and under furniture. Very pleased.

I saw this on tiktok and took the plunge and bought it. It gets the job done well. My only sadness is the battery on high doesn’t last very long. I do wish the vacuum head was a little larger too.

<<<updated 4/20/23 >>> Our unit fully failed after 9 months, customer service reached out to us & offered to trouble shoot & help repair until the problem was solved. Which they did effortlessly. After targeting the main issue, a replacement part was at my door in less than 48 hrs at no charge to us, & the problem was resolved. The tech & customer support was better than what you expect these days which made everything so much more tolerable. Thank you again for helping us to get everything back into working order! We will be repeat customers because of this... It was great! Ran smooth, picked up all the pet hair in the rugs & left the hardwood clean as can be.. then the battery lost all its umphh in less than a year, now it runs on Low or Med. but you can hear the motor slowly bogging down until its just a low hum. I can turn it off then on & get a few more minutes of use but it happens each time now. If I try to use it on High even w a fully charged battery it shuts down in less than a minute. No warning, no lights flashing to indicate a problem. Battery still fully charged it just shuts off. I loved this thing, now its a regret that hangs on the laundry room wall...

I just received this stick vacuum and was excited because my other one is always dying. It only came with one battery, I charged it for 4.5 hours like the recommendation says and it only lasted 10 minutes on high volume. The fact that is does not come with a backup battery is very disappointing. The suction is good but battery life is not. UPDATE: I contacted the seller both through AMAZON and direct manufacturer. The direct line couldn’t help me but the Amazon assistance contacted me right away and sent another battery. The vacuum does work good. I should have read the manual that says it will only last 10 minutes on high power. You definitely need an extra battery if you plan to use it long. I do recommend this vacuum and interested to see how it works as I continue to use it. Their customer service gets 5 stars.
