> 24 hourmet my expectations just fine. I wish in a way I had got the aluminum rather than the steel for the light weight but I guess the steel will hold up longer. works just like it is suppose to. filled it with 100lbs of air , brought it home and pumped up both bike tires . no problem. Its all steel so the most that could go wrong is with the fittings and they can be replaced. Soooo, all is good. thanks

> 24 hourNot happy with the finish of the product. 2 dents on the tank, a few scratches, and the end of the tank was clearly resprayed with what looks like a rattle can spray paint. I will be looking to have the item replaced.

> 24 hourThe California Air Tools 10 gal tank is a handy tool to have on hand, but the other reviews describing the fitting as cheap are correct. I ordered the 5 gal tank, filled it with 100 lbs of air, it leaked down to about 70 lbs over night. Couldnt find the leak. I returned it , and ordered the 10 gal tank. When the 10 gal tank arrived, I discovered that it had been purchased and returned by a previous customer. The tank had air in it and had some scuff marks on the bottom of the tank. Im a bit disappointed in Amazon for pulling that sort of transaction. But, the 10 gal tank is much like the 5 gal tank, has cheap fittings. I put 100 lbs of air in it and it leaked down about 5 lbs within 2 or 3 hours. I soap tested it for leaks, but could not find any I cant tell why it is losing air pressure. I will keep it and replace the fitting if it becomes a real problem. Just be prepared to fill the tank before you use it, I dont know how long air will remain in the tank over a long period of time.. I did buy the aluminum tank, it is light, and well built. It should last a long time. I do plan to up grade the fittings later.

> 24 hourI use this for an air expansion tank to add on a bit of air storage for my guys. It is SUPER light. I tore off all the stupid gauges and just did an in and out. I run a lead to it, then a lead to my four way because my guys already snapped the dam thing off the tank once.

> 24 hourMy compressor is in the front of the garage. And we have a large back yard, so having to take the lawn tractor, dump trailer or some other cart with aired tires around to the front of the house to add air is nuts, I use this tank to air up tires in the backyard. I have about 14 tires back there. Love it!

> 24 hourUltra light, similarly sized steel tanks are too heavy. This tank is super versatile with male and female quick connections. It can easily be added inline to boast tank capacity of portable compressors. Many tanks only have a screwed on hose with an air chuck for filling tires. Tee fitting conflicts with gauge a little for some what unprofessional configuration.

> 24 hourHad to modify, hose that came with it was made wrong did not have the hole drilled out for air to travel threw it. Straight out of the box junk, they must not test these before they leave the factory.. on and off valve is a joke. If you buy, you will have to modify to handle the 125 psi rating. Had three leaks out of the box.
