This is the lens every beginner and professional photographer needs. It really does help you become a better photographer. The portraits come out fantastic with this lens.

Lens works well with my Canon T6i. All accessories were of good quality for the price. Hood and filters are the correct size (49mm). Only complaint I have is about the hood. It is the threaded variety which makes it more difficult to take on and off. Very easy to cross thread if you are not very careful. I like the compact size, but I take my hoods on and off to often for this to be convenient. Have already purchased a separate bayonet-type hood to take its place. Over all, still a very good kit for the money.

Awesome lens but the lens pen didn’t come with the product

I purchase this back in april and noticed in the first shoot how it would leave a glare and just blamed the backlight. Now i finally got to try it in different settings and confirmed by two professional photographers that this lens is def faulty

I love this lens! It is my new go-to for portraits and food. The low aperture is beautiful and it is great for a photographer getting started.

I purchased this lens and there were a few things that were off. First, the serial sticker was removed from the box. The warranty/registration paper was missing. There was debris on the attachment end of the lens and it did not attach to my camera smoothly. I sent it back immediately. I am quite disappointed. I ordered another one from a different seller and so far everything checks out.
