When using a 50mm, there is no zoom in or out so you have to use your body more for the angles. It’s an adjustment but it’s a great lens

You can’t get anything better for this price. No Brainer to buy

Everything is great except for the cleaning pen which came with a crack on the side of it which made it leak.

Great lens and with the lens hood is great

Was so excited and loved the photographs taken with it shortly after receiving the lens. Used it off and on for three to four weeks with good results. Then, it just stopped auto-focusing. Thought it was the cameras fault, but my other lenses worked fine. Eventually, couldnt get it to ever work. So disappointed as I had wanted this lense for such a long time to use in photographing my grandchildren,

I feel that every photographer needs this lens in their arsenal. I use this for close-up photography, and it always results in beautiful pictures! The image is very sharp and the background is blurred to the perfect amount. The color saturation is also wonderful. The cleaning tools that it comes with are an added on bonus.

Love the lens...HOWEVER...the accessories that come with the lens are not as described. It says that it comes with a 49 mm lens hood - WRONG - it comes with a 58 mm lens hood with an adaptor that makes it fit the 49 mm lens. The problem with that is once the adapter is on, the lens cap no longer fits the camera. So, if you have the hood on (with the adaptor), you cant get the lens cap on. In order to get the cap back on the lens, you must remove not only the hood, but also the adaptor. A lot of hassle if you ask me! You run into the same issue with the 3 piece filter set...it came as a 58 mm and not the 49 mm advertised set. Very unhappy and feel I was mislead from what was advertised and what was actually received. Will not be purchasing anything else from this seller!

Works great with the Canon T3i. Gives fantastic depth of field to your photos! The filters are a nice addition too.

Absolutely love it. The autofocus is amazing, especially in low light situations. Best on a full frame camera since it becomes equivalent to 80-something mm on a crop sensor.
