    I have always used the kit lens and wanted to upgrade to a lens that has more brightness and sharpness. I just started using Cannon EF 50mmf/1.8STM lens and I am totally happy with the quality of the pictures. They are clear, sharp and bright. It is very convenient to carry because of its light weight. Even in the dark, the image quality is amazing. I wish it had some feature to zoom in and out in the automatic mode but considering the overall picture quality and the price, I would highly recommend this product. Glad I bought this!

    This lens was given to me as a gift and I love it.The aperture setting lets so much light in that my shots look impressive. For the price, its the best you can get. Its a bit hard because its a one size lens and novice photographers may get irritated but with practice, you can definitely hone in your craft. Learn your angles!
