> 24 hourSuch a great product. This is a very good lens for entry level, and at a great price! I use the lens mostly for for wildlife photography. I mainly shoot pictures of birds and this lens even works well in lower light situations.

> 24 hourI purchased this as an upgrade from its predecessor and I am happy I did. My pictures come out sharp and my colors appear correct through the lens. Part of the improvement in picture quality comes down to gaining experience with telephoto lenses, and that should be factored in, but either way I do not regret my purchase. The pictures I attached above were taken on the 24MP APS-C Canon M50 Mark II and then cropped from the larger images. This is the sharpness AFTER cropping, so if you can get closer to your subject you will get even better results!

> 24 hourLove this lens. I bought this as a replacement for my EF-S 55-250 IS which I gave to my daughter. This is a major upgrade to the previous version. The image quality seems better and I like the internal focusing. The lens focuses quickly and silently.

> 24 hourI am impressed by the quality and sharpness of the images from this light weight telephoto lens. Bought this to go along with the 18-135mm STM lens on my new T5i, gives me a decent overlap and a wide range with just the 2 lenses. The STM focusing is silent (noticeably quieter than the older 55-250mm IS II lens), and the light weight of this lens is noticeable, especially when carrying the full backpack of camera gear around all day.

> 24 hourI purchased this lens on Amazon offered by a gray market vendor for $140 (new!). Gray Market means there is no USA Warranty. I havent tried to see if it is eligible, but I assume it would not be. As of this writing (10/12/2014), that vendor, CD Supply, is still offering the lens - though now for $170. Still an incredible deal for this lens which came new in the standard Canon box with manual etc. (If it isnt warranteed - I can buy another and still be about the price of just one at regular price).
