Perhaps its because I bought a used one, but it was very difficult to use and even set up. It worked for a minute, and then it wouldnt cooperate and overall it was very clunky and a total waste of money as it didnt fulfill its job or purpose at all. I shoved it back in the box and I would like to throw it away as its too much bother to send back/sell again. Whatever. Regretful purchase.

It’s a good size. It’s fast. But it doesn’t do double sided.

When I got the printer I was in the middle of moving my office so I didnt set it up right away. When I did have time to do it, I looked and No Set Up manual. So I know these days they just expect you to go online. I tried to do that and found I also did not have a black ink and figured that was why I couldnt get it to connect. So I ordered a black ink that took several days to arrive. My next day off I tried again to get it working but Nothing worked. I tried every suggestion I could find online but still nothing. Now I find I have a worthless plastic doorstop that is past the return date. My bad...I should have suspected something when several things were missing from the box. I called canon support but I need to buy support for a machine that will probably never work. I recently bought a Cricut machine on Amazon and couldnt get it to work. Their support was much nicer and explained that it is common practice for things that were returned broken will be packaged up and resold on Amazon....so BUYERS BEWARE! I will never buy anything mechanical or technical on Amazon again.

I did get the canon print app to work for my iphone but the app is clumsy The printer NEVER connected to my network -- I tried everything -- the instructions are ridiculous press the stop then the black ink key and then the wireless icon literally days of frustration my older canon product connected in 5 minutes I have fiber optic 500 mps and a 8 month old mac running the latest operating system DO NOT BUY sending it back -- on print quality -- who knows as I never was able to install it.

This printer could be better, but i am just grateful it works when i need it to. Wish it had the 2-sided printing without manually flipping it over. But that is a minor inconvenience. That i can work around. At this time, I am glad to find a printer that works when i need it instead of whenever it feels like it, like the last one did. I have changed from instant ink to regular pay as you go ink and use a USB cord, that may be the difference.

Very disappointing to receive this product and speak with a technical person, only to find out that they are selling a contract for activation. It was described as required even though I said my computer is new, and had never had any printer hook ups with problems before.

It worked for a month or two and then lost the wifi signal. We vant get back on. I get an error message saying the printer is in use. No one has been able to help.

It didnt work right out of the box. I will never buy a cannon product again!

Good printer. Easy to use but do not buy from this seller. They have extremely overpriced this product. Product is worth no more than $60.00.

Couldnt get to kook up to internet.
