Great print quality

The product included more than what was advertised. Really a great buy.

What I dont like about this printer is the faxing. Faxing should be cut and dried you put the paper or papers in punch in the fax number fax is sent. Not with this printer. The other thing I dont like is the toner cartridges theres 2 color and black, you would think with 2 cartridges the price for a replacements would be less theyre not. If you dont need it to do a lot its ok.

Product is not reliable. Only had it a couple of months and will not maintain a WIFI connection. Seems to be an ongoing issue with this product. Might be okay if you use it with a USB cable direct plug in but that isnt an option in my home.

The printer in the ad said it has fax. The one I received did not. It was very hard to connect. Had to get online help.

Great printer. The only thing is the printing is kind of light. I hope to figure out hoe to darken it.

Printer is a Canadian model, issues with driver, technical support, troubleshooting. Details say Country of origin: USA. Nothing but problems and can’t get software updates and assistance.

I paid more for a printer that connects to my wifi but this one, no matter what we did, simply would not. We had to manually connect it to my desktop via cable, which defeats the purpose of getting a wireless printer so everyone in the house can use it. The print quality is good, its print speed is a little slow but not terrible, fine for a home office, and its relatively easy to use once we got it installed and working.
