> 3 dayMy journey with this printer is a few weeks old and I know more than enough to write a review. Here, in no particular order, is what is wrong with this printer. First, it is made and marketed for sale by Canon in Canada. Tech support at Canon US wont touch it. If you live in the US, the warranty is worthless. Enough there not to buy it: but there is more. It is very flimsy. The entire box shutters when it does anything. I was unaware that it was possible to build a printer with elements that thin. Next, I have no idea how to use the paper feed. It has worked properly only on 2 occasions. The rest of the time, it will not accept paper or it sends multiple sheets through at the same time or spaced either a half of a page or a third of a page apart. There is no way to know how or if it is going to feed. Right now I am getting an orange light that prevents the machine from working and I cannot tell what is wrong. And Canon US wont help. Seriously, if Amazon was giving these printers away, there is no reason to accept it. There is so much wrong with this machine that I cannot believe the positive reviews that I found on Amazon to be credible. I called Amazon with my thoughts on the machine and they did not want to address my concerns; but I persisted. I pointed out that a Canon Canada warranty being sold to US customers is defrauding the customer. Finally they agreed to accept and I am sending it back tomorrow. The bigger question is how does Canon agree to put its name on this piece of junk? My last Canon printer was a jewel and lasted over 10 years. Hope that this helps you decide.

Greater than one weekThis printer is complex when trying to set up with the phone. I bought this specifically to set up with a phone not a work computer. I’ll keep trying but not too satisfied even with the instructions

> 3 dayAs stated, I received this printer with nonrelevant instructions for assembling. I contacted Amazon customer service where I stated I didnt want to return it, I just wanted them to know that it took me half a day to assemble it because I finally had to look it up on youtube.com. I was shifted back and forth between seller and amazon, saying that I needed to refer to the refund directions. This went on and on until I wrote an email to the seller, informing them I just wanted them to replace erroneous instructions, not a refund. I also noted that this printer was made in Vietnam and was composed of thin, cheap plastic. Nobody listens. Not the seller, not amazon. I give up. Why bother?
