Got this all set up and running last night fairly quickly. I tried another more inexpensive option, the TS 302. But, I couldnt get it connected to my smartphone, nor could the apartment maintenance guy making me feel better about myself! Im not sure if this is suited for a small business person. But, for my limited needs, its off to a good start printing 3 small documents.

I have a home office and work two jobs. I bought the Canon for light duty use. Have it less than 3 months and have never been so frustrated. The included black ink had about 4 pages of use in it. So I ordered the high output ink cartridges. I cannot get them installed. So I order regular cartridges which fit...but then after about 20 pages the warning light went on - the black in was running low. THEN I get a warning message that I needed to restart my computer and the printer to clear up the error message. I did that, no luck, then I uninstalled the driver (as per pop up error suggestion) and I tried to reinstall the printer driver. My Model does not appear on any canon site. I had to google my model number and even then the download for the new driver did not work. I would never ever again get another Canon product

Cant believe Canon put their name on this, as an added insult they only give you a sample ink cartridge runs out immediately. Shame on you Canon. Im done with Canon

There is a bogus driver website where the tech support will try to sell software needed to get rid of a bug you really dont have. Its very cleverly designed to look like a cannon website.

This printer is easy to set up but, boy is it dinky. The print quality is fine but the scanner is absolutely terrible. Even a simple scan of a simple document is splotchy and barely visible. Not long after setting this thing up, the paper started to jam and the printer made horrible noises. I packed it up and returned it the same day I received it. A piece of junk. Canon should be ashamed.

So the door to the ink cartridge of the printer was broken and I couldnt even get one print out of it due to the fact it wouldnt let me install it to my computer because of the door being broken to the ink cartridge what a waste of money. Such a flimsy cheap thing dont waste your money!

When I got the printer I was in the middle of moving my office so I didnt set it up right away. When I did have time to do it, I looked and No Set Up manual. So I know these days they just expect you to go online. I tried to do that and found I also did not have a black ink and figured that was why I couldnt get it to connect. So I ordered a black ink that took several days to arrive. My next day off I tried again to get it working but Nothing worked. I tried every suggestion I could find online but still nothing. Now I find I have a worthless plastic doorstop that is past the return date. My bad...I should have suspected something when several things were missing from the box. I called canon support but I need to buy support for a machine that will probably never work. I recently bought a Cricut machine on Amazon and couldnt get it to work. Their support was much nicer and explained that it is common practice for things that were returned broken will be packaged up and resold on Amazon....so BUYERS BEWARE! I will never buy anything mechanical or technical on Amazon again.

I asked the seller before purchasing if it was compatible with chrome book. They said yes. Also the description states its a fax. It isnt. Not compatible with chrome book and it doesnt fax. These are the two reasons I bought it. Its useless to me. The seller has been very good. Quick response. Sent label to send free to me. I am impressed with the seller except they gave wrong information. The seller was great. Sent prepaid label. Refunded quickly. Thank you

a pain to set up ... the model number wasnt listed!!!
