> 3 dayI had to jump through so many hoops in order to scan or print a document. It is the most difficult printer that I have ever tried to use. The instructions were woefully inadequate to explain how to use this product. I had to re-download the Canon Smart something or the other program every time I attempted to print or scan a document. My first time to try a Canon printer, Im going back to HP!!!!

> 3 dayIts a good basic printer, I leave my printer on as I print from my phone & laptop, and the printer seems to shut down periodically! But overall, a good inkjet, the ink cartridges are kinda expensive IF you buy Canon cartridges, as per usual!

Greater than one weekJunk. If your Mac software is up to date and you have IOS Monterey, you can’t use this printer. Never able to get to work.

> 3 dayWe attempted to use it for the second time since we got it, the paper jams. We followed the instructions given by Neego website and in Amazon and nothing seems to resolve the issue. There’s nothing stuck in the feeder I 100% believe it’s the rod because it’s loose from the side the paper jams on. Customer service sucks all I get is the voicemail nobody seems to ever answer my calls.

> 3 dayAs stated, I received this printer with nonrelevant instructions for assembling. I contacted Amazon customer service where I stated I didnt want to return it, I just wanted them to know that it took me half a day to assemble it because I finally had to look it up on youtube.com. I was shifted back and forth between seller and amazon, saying that I needed to refer to the refund directions. This went on and on until I wrote an email to the seller, informing them I just wanted them to replace erroneous instructions, not a refund. I also noted that this printer was made in Vietnam and was composed of thin, cheap plastic. Nobody listens. Not the seller, not amazon. I give up. Why bother?
