Difficult to link to my phone. No tech support at all. Drops connection mid-job or will work for one job and not the next. It’s like it’s a model that’s fancy enough to *want* to be streamlined and easy, but it doesn’t have the technological chops. And once there’s a problem, there’s no one to call. You just get online videos or checklists that may or may not help. Mostly it just has an “if the printer gods are smiling today” kind of situation. They are rarely smiling when I’m bumping up against a deadline…

The printer is fine, although, the starter ink is more than a little skimpy and the black ink was used up with less than 50 copies printed. The insult came when I tried to replace the ink which was listed with this printer and the error message was wrong ink cartridge NOT only on the printer but my computer. Maybe I was too trusting, assuming that if the printer was frequently bought with this ink it must be the right ink ? Seemed logical that if the item also displayed frequently bought together with this printer, then it would be the right ink, yes? ... NO. Too late to try and return as it has been 6 months, but also, I cracked opened the cellophane of the ink itself. Expensive mistake.

Nice printer but goes through ink super fast!!

This printer initially worked but then stopped working. The company and amazon refuse to accept the defective return. Do not buy.

I do not like it at all. Huge dissapointment.

Very impressed with the print outs. Printer came with ink already inside which was nice. They werent fully charged with ink but thats OK. Seems like a great buy for my buck.

As stated, I received this printer with nonrelevant instructions for assembling. I contacted Amazon customer service where I stated I didnt want to return it, I just wanted them to know that it took me half a day to assemble it because I finally had to look it up on youtube.com. I was shifted back and forth between seller and amazon, saying that I needed to refer to the refund directions. This went on and on until I wrote an email to the seller, informing them I just wanted them to replace erroneous instructions, not a refund. I also noted that this printer was made in Vietnam and was composed of thin, cheap plastic. Nobody listens. Not the seller, not amazon. I give up. Why bother?

this printer that I paid not working, no tech support !

Was sent a printer that was not supported by USA customer support.. I had to dig on my own to figure out it was from Canada and that was why I could not set it up. Very poor customer service. It will be the last Cannon product I purchase. I was pretty much told it wasnt their problem, call Amazon.

The print quality is good. I even tried printing a photo and it looks great.
