The product included more than what was advertised. Really a great buy.

In order to set-up ones printer with Canon, you need to enter a product number. I entered the number that was on the box and the top of the printer. Canon did not recognze that product number. I contacted customer service and was informed that I needed to create an account. In order to create an acccount through My Canon, it needed to recognize the product number. Obviously, I could not set-up the necessary account. I made several more calls to customer service, one of the calls I was transferred to My Canon without my permission, when I finally talked to a lovely lady in customer service. She stated basically that she needed to find someone who could help me. At that point, I thanked her and expressed my interest in a HP printer. In one order, I purchased my first and last Canon product. If anyone who has purchased this product and was able to connect it to your printer. I am just curious how you did it.

Could not hook up plastic on side had a tear in it and poked my finger instructions are worthless Customer service is equally bad

Tray can’t broken and they don’t replace item

Purchased this printer in June. Used a few times to print return labels. Printer broke today (July 27) and requires repair or replacement. Repair will likely cost as much as what I paid for the printer. Don’t be stupid like me! I plan to avoid Canon products entirely and will purchase a warranty on my next printer purchase. P.S. Always save the box your purchases were mailed in. Makes returns easier.

Very happy with this little printer. Copies and prints are great. Very easy to use.

Very impressed with the print outs. Printer came with ink already inside which was nice. They werent fully charged with ink but thats OK. Seems like a great buy for my buck.

From the time I tried to set it up, I had problems. I never could get the wireless connected. I called Canon and they said they had no such Series number in the U.S. I joined the Canon on line help page, no help there although they tried. I emailed the seller from Amazon and they said they couldnt help. I called a number they provided but it went to voice mail and 3 days later, I still have not had a call back. I cant find out what cartridges I need to get for the series. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!

Spent hours trying to get it to connect but nothing, Despite Canons putrid instructions i am sure i did everything right. Have installed many printers before.

unable to do wireless printing and the printer is not even on the list of printers for download, dont know if it is discontinued item. Not a good idea to sell a product which cant be supported. BAD
