Very happy with this little printer. Copies and prints are great. Very easy to use.

Fortunately, my son came in to put the printer together for me and he had quite a time getting it working. It seems to me it should be simpler, especially for a senior citizen like I am.

Item description is wrong. This machine does NOT fax.

Cannon does not have a setup for this printer had to search for the setup on other sites. Computer will not hold the program and printer will not continue to print. Last printer was a cannon and worked well is the reason we went with this printer. Apparently this was a discontinued product and we did not know and is not supported. We paid $140 for this.

The printer arrive early. The printer was very easy to set up. I am very pleased with the printer. I just love, love love it. I am a very happy buyer. Thank you so much

As stated, I received this printer with nonrelevant instructions for assembling. I contacted Amazon customer service where I stated I didnt want to return it, I just wanted them to know that it took me half a day to assemble it because I finally had to look it up on youtube.com. I was shifted back and forth between seller and amazon, saying that I needed to refer to the refund directions. This went on and on until I wrote an email to the seller, informing them I just wanted them to replace erroneous instructions, not a refund. I also noted that this printer was made in Vietnam and was composed of thin, cheap plastic. Nobody listens. Not the seller, not amazon. I give up. Why bother?

I thought this machine would fax it dont, printing is average.

This printer is easy to set up but, boy is it dinky. The print quality is fine but the scanner is absolutely terrible. Even a simple scan of a simple document is splotchy and barely visible. Not long after setting this thing up, the paper started to jam and the printer made horrible noises. I packed it up and returned it the same day I received it. A piece of junk. Canon should be ashamed.

very poor instructions whether from internet download or in box. no scan function that I can figure out and I have another all in one printer scanner fax. Only good for printing

This printer was stated as also having “fax” but it does NOT! Your tech team couldn’t figure out why! So disappointed! I have to pack it all up & send back. I need a printer w/FAX! Here is a screenshot of the printer boxed back up… waiting for pick up . Return label is attached . 1/5/23 it’s waiting to be picked up!
