A little nosey compared bto my old one. But it works fine.

Although this worked fine for a few months, after VERY infrequent use, it would no longer function for me when I needed it recently. An error code indicating a paper jam prevented any function. I had an experienced person try to help and did all the trouble-shooting recommended with no success. Now it appears that I cannot even return it because it has been sitting in my office too long.

Wireless requires IP address. Look on line and it says this changes due to your Wifi so you have to change it when you print?? Dosnt make sense. Hard to find IP address at all. Not printed on the unit or in directions. Tech support? What tech support? Using with wire connection. Loud and clunky operation. Still havent figured out how to scan

I have been having problems with my HP printer for a long time. Bought this Canon and troubles disappeated.

I finally broke the glass on the scanning trey from punching it so much. Error after error after error. Im trying to print a return label and have been attempting to get it to connect for 20 minutes now.
