> 3 dayI used these on cloth for an art quilt project. They seemed to spread easily on the white fabric and when wet with textile medium, the color was fantastic. The only problem with these are getting detail because of the crayon tips. You can shave them and liquify them with water or another wetting agent. I think they would be great for pastel drawings that require bright color. Not very subtle, but you can use light pressure. You wont know what youre getting until they are wetted, so I would suggest testing for color first.

> 3 dayLove these crayons but would recommend you buy individually from Dick Blick or Jerrys artarama so you can pick the colors you want. Obviously the crayon itself is great - high quality, beautiful color, Love them. Use them a lot in my mixed media

> 3 dayI have never used this type of water colors before. They blend beautifully, and mix with the water easily. Im using them for bible journaling and I will continue to use them

> 3 dayI really like the quality and the versatility of this product but my joy and excitement was dashed when I opened the tin box. As you can clearly see 20% of the contend in the tin box is broken. I am pretty sure is not the fault of Caran D’ache but rather the shipping method of Amazon. Please be aware when purchasing this product with Amazon. I have heard many of the some complaints regarding broken tips from many buyers. I wish there is a partial refund or credit.

> 3 dayIts definitely more than a crayon. Ive had time to use it only briefly so far. Used it on my daughters leg to try it for body art. Seems to work fine. Needed her leg to be wet. Will try with a paint brush next.
