> 3 dayI kept seeing these in art journal videos on YouTube and I HAD to have them. Im glad to say I was not disappointed. The tin is awesome, I like using the top to blend colors! The crayons are creamy wether you use them dry or wet. You can scribble with them and then use a water brush over them, or touch a water brush to the tip and almost create a watercolor effect with them. I did snap the white crayon in half about a week after I got them, but that was the only one, and I wrote very hard (like I cant use mechanical pencils because I snap the lead). After that happened I went a little easier on them and havent had any problems. They are about the same width of a crayola crayon. Im really happy with the color selection of the 30, my only complaint is that I wish I had gotten a bigger set because they are great!

> 3 dayI used them for my first hand at face painting. Very versatile and easy to use. Wet the surface or wet the crayon or brush (water brushes are very handy). There are little tabs which help remove the paper wrapper from the crayon as you wear down the stick. It comes in a metal case with an attached lid. I use the lid as a pallet. The color assortment is very good with the 15 count version.

10-06-2025i dont use these often but they are pigmented and nice. a bit hard to work with if you draw with them and then apply water, i rather use them by putting the wet brush on the crayon and then painting with the brush so it is even.

> 3 dayI am a true amateur, in an art group with very tolerant, much better artists. I have a low-grade set of regular watercolors, which I didnt enjoy much, and one of my group lent me a box of these. They are really fun! You can get a lot of effects from mixing techniques: you can water them down in the box top and paint normally, but you can also draw with them, and then use a wet brush to achieve a variety of effects. I recommend them highly, and my good artists also seem to like them a lot. Its an interesting concept. I ordered a set for my granddaughter, who likes drawing best but had never really tried watercolor, and she, too, loves them. Go for it.

> 3 dayThis is one of my favorite watercolor crayon sets that I use for art journaling. It never clumps and it perfect for mixed media. The colors are luminous and blend well when using a blending technique. I highly recommend!
