Greater than one weekI used these years ago and loved them. Now I wonder, if the formula changed? No matter how hard I push, hardly any color transfers onto the paper or acrylic paint. Anyone else have this experience? Disappointed. For this price there should be more pigment in each crayon!

> 3 dayI chose this product because I was looking for a way to accent my art journals with a type of water soluble product. The color when dry or wet is bright and doesnt become grainy when a wet brush is applied. They are easy to use and Im glad I purchased the product.

Greater than one weekI bought these for scoring dart games. With the advent of digital bowling scorers the production of hydro pencils has stopped. There a several places that use acrylic scoreboards. These are great for that. The colors are not always visible but stay away fro the darker ones and your good. They did break when I used them first. It took some getting used to. I purchased a holder which is pricey but it help the crayons last longer.

> 3 dayThe Neocolor II was recommended by a mixed media teacher. After drawing or sketching on your mixed media pad, you can add water to your paint brush and it will act as water color, allowing you to have a sharp vibrant edge to one part of your design and a muted water color effect to where you moved your brush. I don’t own any water colors so this did a really nice job of providing contrasting effects.
