> 24 hourWhen I ordered this, I could find no mention that these feed-through jumpers worked with newer horizontal sliding vinyl double-pane windows. Being very energy efficient, I was concerned our 3 year old windows would seal too tightly for this jumper to work. But I can now tell you, it worked for our windows and very well. I purchased two of these jumpers, one for HF and the other for 2M/440. The cables are one on top of the other and Ive seen no interference between the two signals. This jumper solved my problem of not wanting to drill through our stucco walls. Now I can run both radios (HF & Dual-Band) with the window tightly closed.

> 24 hourI used my window pass thru for about six months in a second floor window. The first one failed after only two weeks. The next one lasted about 5 months. If you are using this with a wire antenna, be careful to provide some strain relief if you are putting any strain on the coax cable. The foil connectors that attach to the hard plastic where the SO239 connectors are are not durable. If you are simply running the coax without any tension this may work great for you. But I was running a sloper and it failed twice. I switched to the a Diamond brand of one of these and we will see how it holds up. Comet makes good products, but this one just is not durable under stress. Every other Comet product I’ve had worked great.

> 24 hourI have used this for years and it has performed flawlessly. My only wish it that it was rated for more than 100 watts. If it is installed properly and the fittings are screwed in it will last.

> 24 hourThe convenience-factor is high in this one. It gives you a chance to breath and decide exactly where you want to drill that hole in the wall, rather than jumping the gun and drilling in a location youll regret later. Best left in-place and only moved occasionally, but in general they wear well (just in case your final decision is slow coming).

> 24 hourIt’s expensive for what it is but it is the best thing I have found for feeding coax through a window. I added suction cups to it, 2 on each connection and it holds tight to the window and doesn’t beat the glass up in the wind.

> 24 hourit kind of pricy but now I dont have to listen to my wife complain about the window and screen open to run my coax into the house...I have dual pane sliding vinyl windows and i can close them and lock them with out disconnecting my coax...I have not heard anyone say my signal has dropped since I installed it but I only use it for 2 meter/ 70 CM and max 50 watts if you want to close your window and dont want to continue to use your radio just get it

> 24 hourWorks as advertised. Doesn’t destroy the weatherstrip and the antenna works like a charm.
