> 24 hourThis was okay for support. It worked, but the discomfort under the arms almost made it not worth it, like trading shoulder pain relief for new pain under the arms.

> 24 hourIt was easy to adjust the tension of the braces. But I can not wear it under my clothes. I wear at home at night for 2-4 hrs. to help me with my posture. I tend to slouch.

> 24 hourI have a pinched nerve in my neck and was looking for immediate relief. I cant take most OTC pain meds, so a brace was recommended. I purchased this one based on the strength of the reviews and its been a good buy. Ive only used it for a couple of days but it worked immediately - I no longer have pain when sitting at my desk at work. The only drawbacks are that you cant use it while sleeping, which is where I really need relief, and its REALLY hard to get it on correctly. The straps twist and pull off easily and its hard to get both sides on accurately. I recommend giving yourself 20 minutes or so extra just to get it on right if you need to wear it out anywhere. I find these downsides worth it, though, because this thing really does work.

> 24 hourProduct quality is high and Amazon delivery was fast. The posture corrector does pull back on the shoulders as expected but as a man with a 42” chest I find the straps too short and difficult to adjust.

> 24 hourUncomfortable under armpits. But I guess they all are. Once you struggle to strap yourself in though, Its ok and still better than being hunchbacked.

> 24 hourIt’s been great. In a matter of a couple of weeks I’ve already seen a difference. There’s a slight discomfort from the straps being too wide and a bit thinner, but other than that it’s great. Comfy is a great product overall. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

> 24 hourEdit: Ive come to realize that my issue with the velcro is probably due to how skinny I am. Im a very thin person and I think how right I had to secure the straps put pressure on the velcro which wore it down. I sewed new velcro in and it works good again. If youre any body weight except very skinny, you probably wont have the same problem I had. Changing my review to 4 starts instead of three, but it would be five if they made an XS model I bought this brace hoping it could relieve some of my back pain and numbness in my hands, which it DOES do very well. It provides perfect support and pain relief. Yes, it does chafe your armpits but for the amount of pain relief it offers, its bearable. However I bought it maybe a month ago and the velcro, which secures the straps, is already worn out. Its a huge disappointment because it was working so well, but now I cant wear it for more them a few minutes without the straps popping off randomly, or having to readjust it because the straps slip so it no longer provides support. If the velcro was stronger/they used a different method to secure the straps Id give it 5 out of 5, but because the weak velcro makes it literally unusable, Im giving it 3 out of 5.

> 24 hourI have a pinched nerve in between my shoulder blades with extremely painful serrated knife cutting through my triceps type of radiating pain in my arm. Muscle relaxers were kinda helping, pain killers did nothing really. I have been active in the gym prior to the pain so getting back to working on my gains bro was of top priority second only to pain relief. Chiropractors are a sham and will only do more damage. So I was at a crossroads of needing relief. And this seemingly simple contraption was the only possible light at the end of my tunnel. It shipped super quick so I when I got the package I quickly tore apart the new elope and got to work on figuring out how to put it on. Word of caution if you have a new or healing shoulder injury DO NOT attempt to put this on. You will hurt yourself! My shoulders are 50” and biceps 16”. If you are any bigger than that you probably won’t fit in this and if you do, it probably won’t be comfortable. Speaking of comfort, sometimes you have to choose the lesser evil. This is not comfy to wear. It will rub in your armpits and on your neck. But! It will release the pressure just enough to help with radiating pain. It will force you to sit up straight which will prevent future problems as well as helping to align your spine to relieve pain. It won’t make sitting any more comfortable but it will make it more tolerable. It won’t take away your neck pain but helping your posture will remind you to stop looking down at your phone like you are doing right now. Lol I do have more ability to turn my neck even though the pain is there, i don’t feel so robotic. It’s 20 bucks and for some much needed relief even though it doesnt erase pain you can at least feel more relaxed.
