PROS: I bought this in preparation for my wedding and absolutely fell in love with it. I even convinced several members of my family to buy it. Let me start by saying that I have scoliosis, which means I have mid back pain and that neck hump everyone hates. I thought I was doomed until I found this. The first two days of wearing it for short periods of time caused my back to actually hurt more. However, once I adjusted, I noticed immediate pain relief when putting it on. I also noticed that I was standing up taller, even when I was not wearing it. My runs became more efficient and I began looking ahead more and looking at the ground less. I felt confident and comfortable. NEUTRAL: I did wear this consistently for about 2 months before the wedding. I noticed in my wedding photos that I still had some neck hump, but it seemed less noticeable. However, it might have just been wishful thinking, because I could see no difference in my before and after photos. CONS: I rated this 3 stars because shortly after the wedding and 2ish months of use, the Velcro stopped holding. I put it on and the Velcro immediately snaps back off, making the product useless. I reached out to the seller, who said they would note this and send me a new one under warranty, but I never heard back or got the replacement. VERDICT: Go ahead and buy it if you only want it for short term use. If you are looking for something long term, keep looking.

Im a small woman with a fairly flat chest, but I still have back problems due to simply not maintaining a good posture. I got this product because the reviews were really positive. I just got mine on, tightened it all the way, and Im still too small to fit into it. Ill be returning it. Not so much the products fault, but Im really disappointed and wished there was some way to have known its not made for smaller people.

I know this is for correcting posture so it is natural that it would be uncomfortable but it isnt in the muscles that are uncomfortable. It rubs against my armpit area and chafes it. I have slender arms and it shouldnt do that. It hurts really bad to the point that I would have to take it off. I would return it if I was still inside the return window.

I love this brace for the most part but the Velcro will not stick anymore, I have only had it for 2.5 months...

Today I received a letter from the owner of the Comfy Brace company. It was in regards to reviewing her product and that in these strange times, how difficult it is to keep a small business going. So, this review is written to support her and her product. It is written without bias and I am a real customer. Let’s start with my problem and why I needed something to help my posture. I have been a chef for almost 30 years and as you can guess, for most of that time I’ve been bent over a cooker, pass or chopping board. Bending over to pick up boxes, sacks of vegetables and on my knees cleaning out fridges and freezers. Now, at the age of 46, I have a small private chef business and I’m working less hours for more money! Nice. However, my wife has alway had to tell my to stand up straight and put my shoulders back. Problem is, I couldn’t! After doing some research into back support products I came across this product from Comfy Brace. It was inexpensive (compared with some products that run into $100’s “Hey what the hell, it’s like $20 plus shipping!” I wore it for a few hours a day and to be honest, it wasn’t all that “Comfy”, but then, it’s not supposed to be at the start. It’s purpose is to bring your posture back to where it is comfortable. The more you wear it the more comfortable it becomes! After 1 month of using it daily for 3-4 hours, I’m standing straight and my shoulders naturally back. I’ve also noticed that my breathing has become more regular since I’m not cramping up my chest and, get this, my wife says I’ve stopped snoring too! Now I can’t be certain that this is because of the brace, I’m not a doctor! But it is no coincidence that its happened in the last 30 days. Conclusion, the more you wear it, the better you will feel.
