At first I felt like it was great but after several use it just didnt really do anything anymore. Not really comfortable either as I had black lines on my shoulders after wearing it.

Started working from home and found out quick with my desk and chair, that I constantly slouched over the keyboard. After a few weeks of having a sore neck and upper back, my chiro recommended this brace to help. Overall, its great. I wear it while working and it helps let me know whenever I slouch. A week in, and no more soreness. Only downside is that it can rub under the armpits and get really annoying. Im assuming Ill get to used to it eventually and it was definitely not bad enough to stop wearing it. Would recommend to others as it fixed my problem for sure

I have a pinched nerve in between my shoulder blades with extremely painful serrated knife cutting through my triceps type of radiating pain in my arm. Muscle relaxers were kinda helping, pain killers did nothing really. I have been active in the gym prior to the pain so getting back to working on my gains bro was of top priority second only to pain relief. Chiropractors are a sham and will only do more damage. So I was at a crossroads of needing relief. And this seemingly simple contraption was the only possible light at the end of my tunnel. It shipped super quick so I when I got the package I quickly tore apart the new elope and got to work on figuring out how to put it on. Word of caution if you have a new or healing shoulder injury DO NOT attempt to put this on. You will hurt yourself! My shoulders are 50” and biceps 16”. If you are any bigger than that you probably won’t fit in this and if you do, it probably won’t be comfortable. Speaking of comfort, sometimes you have to choose the lesser evil. This is not comfy to wear. It will rub in your armpits and on your neck. But! It will release the pressure just enough to help with radiating pain. It will force you to sit up straight which will prevent future problems as well as helping to align your spine to relieve pain. It won’t make sitting any more comfortable but it will make it more tolerable. It won’t take away your neck pain but helping your posture will remind you to stop looking down at your phone like you are doing right now. Lol I do have more ability to turn my neck even though the pain is there, i don’t feel so robotic. It’s 20 bucks and for some much needed relief even though it doesnt erase pain you can at least feel more relaxed.

This worked so fast! I’ve only worn it a couple of times but even after the first time I used it (only for about 15 minutes) my posture immediately improved even when I wasn’t wearing it anymore. I was only slightly disappointed because it’s not as small as I was expecting. It isn’t completely covered by most of the shirts I wear (it pops through the back of my collar) and it is a bit bulky. It also is a bit tight underneath the arms and leaves marks on me, but the results are so immediate and significant that I don’t mind the discomfort or the fact that it isn’t completely hidden under my clothes. The results are amazing!

Bought a new pillow, didnt work. Bought a massager, works, but not for long. Bought this to assist in my poor posture from sitting at a computer most the day to see if this would help. I purchased this Velcro back support to help my slouching posture following an accident that left me with several fractures. I was rounding my shoulders subconsciously so I decided to try this brace. It can be a bit awkward to put on at first, but I have a system down that works. I now wear it an hour 2x a day and it really helps condition my brain to keep my shoulders back. I am more comfortable and look forward to wearing it! It is flexible and the Velcro maintains a snug hold. Tighten to your own comfort level. I rarely leave reviews. And, never reviews that are this long. But, I was super skeptical about this product for a long long time. I’m 33 and have developed a hunched back and that lovely hump at the back on my neck. I have tried exercises to help get rid of this issue. But, I honestly just forget to do them consistently. So, I never really seen any results. I always wanted to give a posture corrector like this a try. But, as I said, I was skeptical. So, I didn’t really want to “waste” the money if it didn’t end up working. I happened to see this product on sale and decided to finally try it out. And, the results, pretty much immediate. Just AMAZING. I can’t get over it. It’s very comfortable to wear. I usually just throw it on over whatever I’m wearing. And, go about my business. I swear to you, within just a couple of days, my hunch back was gone. The hump in my neck, GONE! I keep checking because I truly cannot believe this actually worked. And, worked so quickly! After long periods of neck pain resulting in slouching I decided to try a posture aid. This one looked about right. It does the job just fine. Relatively comfortable. One problem is that it is impossible to put on by myself. My wife has to assist. This is designed for a small person. I am 5’9” tall and weigh 180 pounds. This device seems to fit fine once in place, but impossible to reach the adjustment straps without assistance. If I am alone, I can’t use it.
