I was in a pretty bad car accident about 15 years ago. My posture has suffered and I was getting pretty bad migraines as time progressed. I purchased this item as well as a chiropractic neck pillow. The posture brace made me sore with migraines the first week. I attributed this to my body trying to readjust. Several months have passed and my posture has completely changed . I am confident enough to wear my hair up and show my neck. I had a forward head posture and rounded shoulders , both have significantly improved . I have to use the brace more for maintenance now. I get headaches when I need to wear it; after I immediately feel better . I also wear the brace until I can feel my upper thoracic tension decrease . In the beginning I could only wear the brace for 3-5 minutes . I get immediate relief with the release .. this sometimes takes and hour depending on the severity of the tension. I also use the chiropractic pillow which I purchased first … but I didn’t get the most relief until I started with the posture brace . I honestly look like a different person and and I am more confident as well.

I bought this a year and a half ago to help with my posture because I work hunched over a computer all day. I use it when my shoulders get really bad as a sort of reminder for my posture and it works great. Its like a gentle stretch and loosens my muscles/reminds them to hold me up right. I wear it 20ish minutes at a time maybe once or twice a week when my upper back is really bad but for the most part I dont need it but once or twice every few months. Nice to have for when I need it. My one con for it is that if I wear it for too long or move my arms too much while using it, it causes friction/discomfort in my armpits. Not a big deal since its only meant to be worn for small periods of time and I only use it for about 20ish minutes at a time.

After long periods of neck pain resulting in slouching I decided to try a posture aid. This one looked about right. It does the job just fine. Relatively comfortable. One problem is that it is impossible to put on by myself. My wife has to assist. This is designed for a small person. I am 5’9” tall and weigh 180 pounds. This device seems to fit fine once in place, but impossible to reach the adjustment straps without assistance. If I am alone, I can’t use it.

I got this brace to help with chronic neck pain. Not sure I feel any pain relief from it specifically, but I can feel my muscles working. I wear this all day at work while I sit at computer and it doesnt make you rely on it to have good posture. It reminds you to pull your shoulders back or your under arms will get sore. I think this is a great tool to help correct posture. As I tighten the brace when I get used to an adjust I notice my upper back and shoulder blade area muscles sore from engaging them.

This is a long review but it has a purpose … I has 2 car accidents 13 months apart 2020-2021( I live in Las Vegas … people don’t know how to drive ) and the first one affected my knee upper back and neck … the second one added more injury to the back and neck plus new injuries in my shoulder with a full thickness rotator cuff tear… I was out of work for 5 months , I could not do the rotator cuff surgery so I had the do physical therapy and chiropractic therapy to manage the pain so I would be to do every day life , I am a single mom with 2 young kids and no close family around so needless to say I am always IN A LOT OF PAIN, the stress of not being able to fully go back to work added even more pain … I was al Walmart one day and saw a cheaper version of Postures Corrector, and since I always walked with a hunched back due to my job and injuries my physical therapist wanted me to do posture correction exercises.. it helped but never took the pain for long so I thought maybe the posture corrector can help, and it did , but by the end of the day ( yes I wore it all day) my armpits and chest would be very sore, so I researched different product until I stumbled upon ComfyBrace… I thought to my self this won’t hurt any more than the one I had… I cannot tell you how delighted I am, this brace is not just comfortable and not bulky but it worked wonders for my back and neck pain. I used to take 800 mg ibuprofen every 8 hours … now am down as needed .. this WORKS… I couldn’t of been any happier .. best money I ever spent ❤️

Ok product wore few days but the straps dig into armpit and rash starts. Not sure if it’s too tight or what not but yeah I love it just the armpit digs hurt.
