Not bad so far! Its only been a few days but at the very least it helps me hold my back in place more. The straps are comfy, if you feel like they are not just adjust the straps.

I have always had issues with my posture. My father mentioned I should buy a posture brace to help me learn/maintain straight posture so I scoured Amazon for a product that might work for me. All other braces I looked into were rated quite low and were designed rather poorly. However, I saw this brace was simple to put on and easily adjustable while using. Once it arrived, I found that these points were both true and the brace worked amazingly. The only downsides I can think of are how gradually uncomfortable it becomes to wear the brace. The longer you wear it, the more uncomfortable it gets. For me, it digs into the skin of my underarms and drives me crazy. Also, it is hard to wear if you are not wearing a form-fitting top or tank top. If your shirt is baggy or has sleeves, it is rather troublesome to wear (in my own honest opinion). Lastly, I found that this brace is kinda hard to do while moving a lot because it makes it rather difficult to reach or bend down to do things (I attempted to wear while folding laundry... epic fail). Although there were several downsides, I quite like this product. It is simple and easy to wear at home or while at your desk. Also, it works rather great UNDER your clothing as well! I am 57/female with a rather large chest. This did wonders for my posture (and even helped alleviate back pain from the heavy chest). I highly recommend this product for people who want to help correct their posture and gradually learn how to keep straight WITHOUT the brace. In my own NONprofessional opinion, I would not use this product for constant use. I found that if you wear this for more than an hour or so, it does more harm than good. I felt short lapses off use were best for correcting/maintaining good posture. I can honestly say this product helped me realize when I was slouching and helped teach me to maintain good posture. Thank you!

so I have been having back pain on and off for a few years now. during my pregnancy I had an epidural and also due to wearing heavy tote bags over the years ive developed poor posture which contributed even more to my back pain. i even do massages and chiropracter appts occasionally to ease the pain. something told me to get a back brace. I received the product, im petite (51 117) lbs so it was really big on me and didnt support me as I anticipated.. but I ended up wrapped the bands around the velcro to make a tighter fit.. I have to be honest I have been seeing and feeling results in as little as 3 days. when I wore it the first day omggg I felt a great amount of pain since my body wasnt use to it but after the second and third day the pain subsided and I noticed a difference in my posture naturally (without wearing it). I also invested in a body pillow which does wonders when sleeping for those who really have severe back pain.. overall I say purchase it and wear it for a few days before ruling it out. good luck and hope it does wonders for you as well!

This product does the job well and corrects my posture, but holy moly does it hurt after 1-2 hours of use. Maybe my posture was in terrible shape. Anyways, this is helping

It’s been great. In a matter of a couple of weeks I’ve already seen a difference. There’s a slight discomfort from the straps being too wide and a bit thinner, but other than that it’s great. Comfy is a great product overall. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I dont usually write product reviews, but this back support has really worked for me. Its low tech, easy to adjust and use. I cant speak to if it works for pain, but it definitely has helped me (age 71, male) with sitting and standing up straighter. As advertised, you dont need to wear the thing that often, maybe an hour a day. What it does is remind you when youre not wearing it to stop slouching. Also, the support does not seem over-priced. I recommend this product.

Ive had a slouching problem most of my life. When youre a female with a ddd bra size the girls tend to weigh your shoulders down. Ive noticed the past few months the slouch problem is feeling more like a hunch problem. Just prior to Christmas I saw this listed on a 50 Items you never knew you needed list. I thought Id give it a try. First off, this thing is darned near impossible to get on by yourself. Thank goodness I have a partner to help me into this torture device. Just joking. He strapped me into it yesterday morning and I ended up wearing it for about four hours. It helped to pull my shoulders back and gave me a much straighter spine. Even after taking it off I felt like I stood straighter and I didnt slouch as much. Even this morning waking up I noticed I stood straighter. Over the past 10 years Ive suffered from frozen shoulders. (both shoulders) Due to that I have to do the Ol Hook and Twist with the bra in the morning and at bedtime. I noticed when I had the brace on that I could actually reach behind my back and touch my bra hooks. Ive not been able to do that in a couple of years due to frozen shoulders. That was only with the brace on though. On the downside, the shoulder straps do cut into your arm pits. No more so than a backpack, but I had the strap on over clothes so not terribly uncomfortable. Im going to give this a go daily for a 2 week trial period and see how it does. Ill report back when Ive tested it a bit longer. One last thing, the rubber Comfort Brace tab ripped off the end of the shoulder strap during the very first try on session. Not happy about that.

Ive been using this product since May 2020. I will make this clear. This product does improve your posture but you need to understand that this product is not a remedy/treatment for back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, or hip pain. If you have suffering from any of these issues, please see a doctor. As for the product itself, I suggest you analyze your own posture and mobility habits. I personally have a history of moderate to severe bad back posture and have years of physical therapy, chiropractor, and personal trainers analyze and help with my posture. I have successful improve it without the need for any type of surgery. I came across this product and read the reviews. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: -- Light weight and portable: you can take it with you when you travel or wear it without the corrector being too exposed. I recommend wearing it over a light t-shirt and under a long or short sleeve. -- High quality velcro: there are no wrinkles or dents on the product if you store it for long periods of time. I recommend you store it by adequately folding it and putting it inside the box. --The suggestion to start with 20 minutes wear cycles is key to adjusting to the product and your body. -- Great for anaerobic fitness such as certain weight lifting routine workouts. I would not recommend for deadlifting, barbell squatting, or heaving bench pressing. --High quality customer service support via email and phone. --The price is just due to the quality and service. --Movement resistance: Product supports body movement by not feeling restricted but keeping firm and comfortable support when stretching, walking, jogging, etc. Cons: --Neoprene may have slight wear depending on extreme and daily usage. In my case, the thread got exposed and was slightly lose that some of the sewing came off. This was by trail of error of using back posture for housework involving heavy lifting and being expose to areas that damaged it (not by normal everyday casual use). --There are no instructions regarding washing or cleaning the product. There should be some short text detailing instructions for washing/cleaning. P.S There may be slightly discomfort under the armpit and mid back after you stop using it for more than a week. Normally, you can get adjusted to it fairly easy. The product works best when applying calisthenics and targeting body such as rounded shoulders, wing scapula, and uneven back or arm muscles. If you have severe posture, I recommend you see a doctor.
