Greater than one weekI got married in May + was horrified Id have bad posture in my wedding photos (Id seen this happen to too many of my friends)! I bought this several months out to help prep my posture - Id wear it for a little bit each day while working from home. It was super helpful in keeping my posture top of mind. Had lovely wedding photos - no gremlin shrimp posture! Id recommend to a friend.

> 3 dayI read another review that said this brace was wishful thinking. For me, I would have to agree. I have lower, middle, and upper back issues. Mostly muscular issues, which are starting to affect my spine and change my posture. It is up to me to stretch, do yoga, and stay active to keep my muscles intact. However, I mostly work sitting and standing at my desk. Every day I live with pain. This brace only supports the upper back posture, and I find myself constantly readjusting. Not for the sake of correcting my posture, but for the sake of keeping it in place and in the correct position. The readjusting is uncomfortable and the stapes seem like they are too tight under the arms. Sweating is also an issue. I do not sweat heavily unless I am in 90 plus degrees Farenheit or doing heavy physical labor. However, this product causes me to sweat enough to create circles in my dress shirts. Even after applying fresh deodorant or wearing antiperspirant the entire day. It literally affects my body chemistry. For $20 it is a good product. Thats why I gave it Three Stars. However, for my needs, it does not get the job done. I have already ordered another brand that completely supports my spine. I will review that one soon. Currently debating whether I should send this one back. I dont need more items I do not or will not use.

> 3 dayI rarely leave reviews. And, never reviews that are this long. But, I was super skeptical about this product for a long long time. I’m 33 and have developed a hunched back and that lovely hump at the back on my neck. I have tried exercises to help get rid of this issue. But, I honestly just forget to do them consistently. So, I never really seen any results. I always wanted to give a posture corrector like this a try. But, as I said, I was skeptical. So, I didn’t really want to “waste” the money if it didn’t end up working. I happened to see this product on sale and decided to finally try it out. And, the results, pretty much immediate. Just AMAZING. I can’t get over it. It’s very comfortable to wear. I usually just throw it on over whatever I’m wearing. And, go about my business. I swear to you, within just a couple of days, my hunch back was gone. The hump in my neck, GONE! I keep checking because I truly cannot believe this actually worked. And, worked so quickly! It has also helped relieve my back pain tremendously as well. I would’ve spent full price on this item years ago if knew then what I know now. I’m so so pleased and seriously obsessed with this product!

> 3 dayI can see the value in this product; HOWEVER I have a rounded part in the middle high part of my back so the brace rode up all day onto my neck and made it impossible to wear. So if you have this condition I would take that into consideration before purchasing it. I am going to try a brace that goes down my entire back.

> 3 dayseams to be on the smaller size, still not comfortable to wear for a long time. My chiropractor said it wasnt bad, was able to adjust, but unable to adjust myself once Ive put it on. Seams to lose its strength with use. Sould offer a larger size or better way to adjust the straps.

> 3 dayIve had a slouching problem most of my life. When youre a female with a ddd bra size the girls tend to weigh your shoulders down. Ive noticed the past few months the slouch problem is feeling more like a hunch problem. Just prior to Christmas I saw this listed on a 50 Items you never knew you needed list. I thought Id give it a try. First off, this thing is darned near impossible to get on by yourself. Thank goodness I have a partner to help me into this torture device. Just joking. He strapped me into it yesterday morning and I ended up wearing it for about four hours. It helped to pull my shoulders back and gave me a much straighter spine. Even after taking it off I felt like I stood straighter and I didnt slouch as much. Even this morning waking up I noticed I stood straighter. Over the past 10 years Ive suffered from frozen shoulders. (both shoulders) Due to that I have to do the Ol Hook and Twist with the bra in the morning and at bedtime. I noticed when I had the brace on that I could actually reach behind my back and touch my bra hooks. Ive not been able to do that in a couple of years due to frozen shoulders. That was only with the brace on though. On the downside, the shoulder straps do cut into your arm pits. No more so than a backpack, but I had the strap on over clothes so not terribly uncomfortable. Im going to give this a go daily for a 2 week trial period and see how it does. Ill report back when Ive tested it a bit longer. One last thing, the rubber Comfort Brace tab ripped off the end of the shoulder strap during the very first try on session. Not happy about that.

> 3 dayRelieves shoulder or neck pain. Even though I do floor exercises every day and work on my posture relentlessly (Im 79), I have frequent neck and/or shoulder pain. This works for both. It has helped me keep me active--especially playing tennis. It is easy to wear under a vest or a shirt (with an undershirt of some kind for comfort), so no one needs to be the wiser. I wore out the first one; this is my second.
