Today I received a letter from the owner of the Comfy Brace company. It was in regards to reviewing her product and that in these strange times, how difficult it is to keep a small business going. So, this review is written to support her and her product. It is written without bias and I am a real customer. Let’s start with my problem and why I needed something to help my posture. I have been a chef for almost 30 years and as you can guess, for most of that time I’ve been bent over a cooker, pass or chopping board. Bending over to pick up boxes, sacks of vegetables and on my knees cleaning out fridges and freezers. Now, at the age of 46, I have a small private chef business and I’m working less hours for more money! Nice. However, my wife has alway had to tell my to stand up straight and put my shoulders back. Problem is, I couldn’t! After doing some research into back support products I came across this product from Comfy Brace. It was inexpensive (compared with some products that run into $100’s “Hey what the hell, it’s like $20 plus shipping!” I wore it for a few hours a day and to be honest, it wasn’t all that “Comfy”, but then, it’s not supposed to be at the start. It’s purpose is to bring your posture back to where it is comfortable. The more you wear it the more comfortable it becomes! After 1 month of using it daily for 3-4 hours, I’m standing straight and my shoulders naturally back. I’ve also noticed that my breathing has become more regular since I’m not cramping up my chest and, get this, my wife says I’ve stopped snoring too! Now I can’t be certain that this is because of the brace, I’m not a doctor! But it is no coincidence that its happened in the last 30 days. Conclusion, the more you wear it, the better you will feel. Does help correct posture when wearing. I did feel a difference as soon as i put it on. Do not wear for long periods of time as it will irritate underarms but that seems to be the case with all of these braces. I like it.

I have only been using it for a couple of weeks. Ive noticed that Im sore the day after. It might be similar to exercise and working your muscles. I feel like I am walking with better posture. I expect on my 64 year old body, its going to take a bit longer.

Product quality is high and Amazon delivery was fast. The posture corrector does pull back on the shoulders as expected but as a man with a 42” chest I find the straps too short and difficult to adjust.

I bought this a year and a half ago to help with my posture because I work hunched over a computer all day. I use it when my shoulders get really bad as a sort of reminder for my posture and it works great. Its like a gentle stretch and loosens my muscles/reminds them to hold me up right. I wear it 20ish minutes at a time maybe once or twice a week when my upper back is really bad but for the most part I dont need it but once or twice every few months. Nice to have for when I need it. My one con for it is that if I wear it for too long or move my arms too much while using it, it causes friction/discomfort in my armpits. Not a big deal since its only meant to be worn for small periods of time and I only use it for about 20ish minutes at a time.

Ok product wore few days but the straps dig into armpit and rash starts. Not sure if it’s too tight or what not but yeah I love it just the armpit digs hurt.

Even though it works perfectly for me I can see why theres some negative reviews. Even though its a One Size Fits All, the size seems to be perfect for a womans medium (which I am) so I cant imagine it fitting comfortably on a man. Maybe only smaller men. Edit: After using it for around 2 weeks, I dont use it anymore, because I dont need it. The corrector gave me a feel for how my posture should be so I can now fix it on my own. I didnt even know my head could go so high. It honestly must have added like 2 inches to my height lol A BIG complaint is a few days into using it the motion of sliding the straps over my shoulders like a backpack made one of my shoulders ache for like 2 days.

Relieves shoulder or neck pain. Even though I do floor exercises every day and work on my posture relentlessly (Im 79), I have frequent neck and/or shoulder pain. This works for both. It has helped me keep me active--especially playing tennis. It is easy to wear under a vest or a shirt (with an undershirt of some kind for comfort), so no one needs to be the wiser. I wore out the first one; this is my second.

This is a long review but it has a purpose … I has 2 car accidents 13 months apart 2020-2021( I live in Las Vegas … people don’t know how to drive ) and the first one affected my knee upper back and neck … the second one added more injury to the back and neck plus new injuries in my shoulder with a full thickness rotator cuff tear… I was out of work for 5 months , I could not do the rotator cuff surgery so I had the do physical therapy and chiropractic therapy to manage the pain so I would be to do every day life , I am a single mom with 2 young kids and no close family around so needless to say I am always IN A LOT OF PAIN, the stress of not being able to fully go back to work added even more pain … I was al Walmart one day and saw a cheaper version of Postures Corrector, and since I always walked with a hunched back due to my job and injuries my physical therapist wanted me to do posture correction exercises.. it helped but never took the pain for long so I thought maybe the posture corrector can help, and it did , but by the end of the day ( yes I wore it all day) my armpits and chest would be very sore, so I researched different product until I stumbled upon ComfyBrace… I thought to my self this won’t hurt any more than the one I had… I cannot tell you how delighted I am, this brace is not just comfortable and not bulky but it worked wonders for my back and neck pain. I literally have the least amount of pain since my first accident… it even helped with my rotator cuff pain… not as much as it did for the back and neck but … the fact that my neck hardly hurt any more, my posture is way much straighter and better, my back is almost pain free and I am comfortable wearing this while at work is a huge blessing for me… to give you an idea .. I used to take 800 mg ibuprofen every 8 hours … now am down as needed .. this WORKS… I couldn’t of been any happier .. best money I ever spent ❤️

I bought this for my 15 year old daughter whose posture is atrocious. She had been begging for one for forever, so I finally settled on this one after pouring over reviews. I had hoped it would be as great as many people said- and there’s a chance that it is. Unfortunately we wouldn’t know, as she outright refuses to wear it due to its lack of comfort.
