Greater than one weekAfter long periods of neck pain resulting in slouching I decided to try a posture aid. This one looked about right. It does the job just fine. Relatively comfortable. One problem is that it is impossible to put on by myself. My wife has to assist. This is designed for a small person. I am 5’9” tall and weigh 180 pounds. This device seems to fit fine once in place, but impossible to reach the adjustment straps without assistance. If I am alone, I can’t use it.

> 3 dayOk product wore few days but the straps dig into armpit and rash starts. Not sure if it’s too tight or what not but yeah I love it just the armpit digs hurt.

> 3 dayThis worked so fast! I’ve only worn it a couple of times but even after the first time I used it (only for about 15 minutes) my posture immediately improved even when I wasn’t wearing it anymore. I was only slightly disappointed because it’s not as small as I was expecting. It isn’t completely covered by most of the shirts I wear (it pops through the back of my collar) and it is a bit bulky. It also is a bit tight underneath the arms and leaves marks on me, but the results are so immediate and significant that I don’t mind the discomfort or the fact that it isn’t completely hidden under my clothes. The results are amazing!

> 3 dayIm sure this works well for somebody who is a little larger but I am thin and I could not make the straps tight enough for this to work for me.

> 3 dayI know this is for correcting posture so it is natural that it would be uncomfortable but it isnt in the muscles that are uncomfortable. It rubs against my armpit area and chafes it. I have slender arms and it shouldnt do that. It hurts really bad to the point that I would have to take it off. I would return it if I was still inside the return window.

> 3 dayIm a small woman with a fairly flat chest, but I still have back problems due to simply not maintaining a good posture. I got this product because the reviews were really positive. I just got mine on, tightened it all the way, and Im still too small to fit into it. Ill be returning it. Not so much the products fault, but Im really disappointed and wished there was some way to have known its not made for smaller people.

> 3 dayI dont write many reviews on Amazon especially for a product that already has 15,000 reviews, but I had to write this one. Ive been a computer analyst for 25 years and hunch over a laptop every day for hours. My posture is really bad and I have pain in my neck, occipital area, shoulder tops and between shoulder blades. Ive spent so much money over the years trying back braces, special bras, special tension shirts to pull back shoulders, neck stretchers, at-home traction devices, etc. But THIS IS THE BEST product Ive ever tried for shoulder repositioning and support. I usually dont even bother with these type of products anymore, but this one was cheap and my neck was hurting so I thought, What have I got to lose other than 20 bucks? This actually works!!! Ive had it for a month or so and each time I wear it, I wear it longer and notice it less, and when I take it off, I still find myself pulling my shoulders back. It can be difficult to put on, but put your hands behind your back like you are getting handcuffed (not that I ever have, lol) and slip the brace around your wrists and then work it up to your shoulders. It is SO WORTH THE MONEY and I would repurchase with no hesitation.
