The middle size pieces handle broke (one side came off) in the middle of my second trip. Not well made.

At first, I loved this luggage. Its flexible, the locks are great, easy to maneuver through the airport. However, on my third trip, the zipper broke on the large case and there was hardly anything in it! My few things were hanging out of the suitcase, not how you want to retrieve your luggage from baggage claim. I cant find any email or contact info for Coolife, though I see others have. SO disappointed... especially since I have a trip coming up.

I was really worried about the wheels when I bought this set but i’ve taken 7 flights with the suitcase and I haven’t had any problems at all! I have very minor scratches. The suitcase has held up great and I am so happy about this purchase, I would recommend these suitcases to anyone who is looking for a nice long lasting set!

This luggage set has 3 nice pieces, plenty of room. Great price. Just got mine a week or so ago and used it for a trip to Florida. The 28” piece lost a handle first time I lifted it out of the car. The bag was not over packed either . We met the under 40 lb weight limit on Spirit Air. The handle came right off in my hand. Not happy.

4 plane rides later these suitcases are as good as new except for a few minor scratches

So far so good, these seem great. The largest is not as big as my soft sided luggage but seems to hold a lot. I will know for sure on my next cruise!

I really fell in love with this suitcase and by the quality.

Used these as our main luggage for my bands European tour, and they definitely took a beating! We had a bunch of costumes, props, and musical equipment in these, and they handled it perfectly. We DID have a bit of corner indenting that happened on the outside of the luggage, but honestly it didnt affect the structural capacity on the inside so it wasnt that big of a deal. More of a cosmetic thing. If youre worried about how your luggage LOOKS...I dunno man, maybe rethink your situation.
