Really great look, seem pretty durable (I only gave 4 stars because theyre somewhat flexible, so Im worried about flying with them. Will update after my first flight in July). Great pockets and the TSA locks work well. The color is also really nice, love them!

Moves very smoothly on hardwood and even carpet. Feels very durable! All three are beautiful and seem to be well made. Going to Mexico in September and am very excited to use the luggage!

Luggage arrives all stored within each other. No padding or styrofoam in packaging to prevent damage. Just a clear plastic sheet. Middle suitcase arrived scratched. Probably from moving around in larger suitcase and either zippers or clips rubbing against it. Overall nice though.

Solid luggage set

I bought this luggage set a few months ago for an upcoming trip. I took the large suitcase out to begin packing and when I pulled the handle up it does not go back down. I have reviewed several videos as well as emailing with customer service for weeks. I have not been able to resolve the issue of the handle. The product warranty is very difficult to use for repair/replacement of damaged product. The suitcase looked nice, but quality is very low. I will be purchasing another set from a different company.

Supposed to have a 2 year warranty on these. Have only had these 8 months. Seam coming apart on inside by zipper. Contacted coollife they only wanted to give a $50.00 refund and I keep the case. Didnt want to replace it. Thats not even a third of what I paid for it.

Zippers broke; Coolife customer service hangs up on you; when you email, they go round and round and don’t resolve.

Great luggage for the price. Put them through their paces on a recent cruise and they held up like new.

I used the 25 and 28 ones. They have made it through 4 flights so far and its still in great condition. The locks were tsa approved

The zippers on this luggage are cheaply made. The zipper on the large expandable piece broke when I was zipping it to travel the first trip. The zipper in the medium sized bag broke won the first trip during baggage handling. When it came off the carousel, it was split and my stuff had begun to fall out. The suitcases were not overly stuffed and keeping my travel items secure with a CLOSED bag is clearly a requirement. I will be returning ASAP
