Edit: Customer service was quick to respond and make this right. They stayed on top of it until I received the replacement. However, they were not able to provide me with the same color. I have a mic matched set but overall it’s nice and customer service was eager to please. Will be returning. Upon packing, zipper on middle sized luggage broke. Not over packed either. Unfortunately I leave for vacation before I can get a replacement.

Everything is good except why do they put a product tag that is attached under the plastic/rubber trim that you can’t remove cleanly without some of the tag still being unremovable because it is under the trim. This results in a small white tag being seen coming out from the trim. Had to put a large knife under it to cut against and protect the luggage while cutting it with a razor knife to make it look acceptable. Why?

I held back on reviewing my luggage until I was able to use it and see how it held up to the airlines. It did GREAT! I had to carry my old luggage. Dont know how I ever made it through airports with that stuff. The wheels on this set make for a much nicer experience. No more lugging luggage.

We purchased these for our trip to Alaska, held up beautifully with the many transfers. Surprised at the quality for the price.

Really love this set. All the suitcases are very lightweight and easy to pull around! I love the gold/champange color..it makes it really easy to spot at the baggage claim. Have been using them for a few trips now and have no complaints. The carry-on only comes in 20 which, at times, is a little tight for 2 week trips when I want to bring just a carry on. But the other two have ample room if youre planning to check-in bags. There was a very strong chemical smell when I first received these, but I aired them out for a few days and the smell is gone now. As of the first use, I am very happy with them. I really like that the duffel bag has wheels and a handle as well as the other 2 bigger luggage pieces. It is well-made, sturdy, and cute. I had no problems with the wheels and I walked around with this bag A LOT. It stood up to cobblestone streets, subway stations, rain, getting thrown around by airport bag handlers, you name it. There are a few scuffs after all that abuse but its nothing noticeable. The handle didnt feel super sturdy when walking with it all the way extended. I usually collapsed it to be a shorter handle while walking because it felt easier to maneuver, especially on carpeted floors.
