Update: 10/12/21 - the company reached out to me directly as the result of this review and offered a partial refund on an amended review. For a company to reach out and offer a solution, it is worthy to be reconsidered, therefore I’m updating my review. Wished they would have resolved or reached out to me sooner. ——————- Used 4 times and the seam inside is already separating. The exterior seems sturdy but the fabric is now concerning. I’ve reach out to the vendor/seller to get my 2 year warranty honored. Waiting to hear back. Will update this case after customer service responds back. Update 7/9: I ended up getting a refund from Amazon. Vendor advised for me to contact Amazon as they are the seller and warranty will not be honored. Be advised, if you purchase this luggage set and yours break within the 2 year warranty period, you will have to get in touch with Amazon which very likely will result in a refund. I liked the luggage set and shocked that the inner lining tore less than 2 years of usage. I might end up buying a different brand instead.

Everything looked great coming out and 20 and 24 seemed ok with rolling. However, the 28 was scuffed already. Customer service contacted me the next day and offered to reimburse or send me a new one. Happy with the outcome.

Product was shipped on time. I love the color. I also like that it has a TSA lock on all 3. Durability I wont know until we go on vacation next month.

Loved this product until we used this for o think the 3rd time and the zipper broke off it’s track. Had to leave it on vacation and get another piece to bring home.

I honestly spent hours looking at luggage - I went to the local Samsonite outlet here and even the outlet prices were outrageous. Im sure they are great bags - but I wasnt willing to drop $800 for a set of luggage. I went to Amazon and saw this brand had a lot of good reviews - I looked at all their different pieces and this was the best fit for our family of 3. They were really well packaged when they arrived and just so nice when I opened the box. They are honestly nicer and better looking than anything I saw in the Samsonite store. I LOVE the lock feature and the inside zippers/net separate storage. The wheels are SO SMOOTH - glides right next to you. No more pulling a heavy suitcase behind you! They seem very durable but Ill update this after our trip to Florida to let you know how they held up!

I bought this luggage because it was less expensive than other options, and had really good reviews. I will add my review as really good as well. We made a 9 night trip to Ireland, and this luggage stood up the whole trip and is in great shape. I found the divided walls of the luggage made having two separated spaces very nice. It held A LOT of stuff (I overpack because Im that guy) and had plenty of space, even to bring back souvenirs. They held up nicely and seem to be well made, and the TSA approved lock was awesome. I travel about 3 times a year, and would definitely recommend them for travel like that.

I love the color, though it is definitely a little darker than what the photo shows on my screen. The only thing I dont love about this luggage is that the interior has metal bars, essentially, which is part of what gives it its support, and theyre not covered/evened out, so you cant pack anything flat on that area that will bend (like books), because theyll be ruined. I just stuffed clothes and things in those areas to try to create a flatter area, but would prefer to have an actual flat surface to begin with.

Unfortunately, does not look anything like the photo. The color is a dull maroon, there is no BEAUTIFUL HIGH GLOSS like in the photo, which was a major factor in purchasing. It seems sturdy and well designed, but please tell the truth in the picture of the product. VERY DISAPPOINTED and $200 I now have to wait for a refund on to order another set. Not happy.
